they offer the y90 bead treatment which no o one else offers. it has been quite successful for me. they have good communication if you at a patient. the staff are wonderful and are a fun lot of people. The Drs are very professional and well trained. for us people who live 3 hrs away, the team is always doing their best to get us out as soon as they can.

There’s a reason people say they wouldn’t send their dog here. If your not sick goin in you sure will be coming out. They care more about the looks of the hospital than they do about patient care. Don’t risk your health on this place, it’s not worth it. You’d think after so many years they would have done something to clean up their reputation but instead they keep sinking funding into the looks and chefs verses patient care. When I’m sick I don’t care if theirs hard wood floors or not!! Don’t make the mistake of sending a loved one here!

August 7, 2021 To whom it may concern, My neurosurgeon’s office ordered some x-rays for me and told me the orders had been sent to Inland Imaging in Spokane, WA. Being a responsible person, I called scheduling to see if they received the orders and if I would need an appointment. I was told they did x-rays at the Holy Family office of Inland Imaging and I could just come during their business hours. I further asked if I could wear a shield instead of a mask due to medical conditions. I was told that was acceptable. Upon arriving at the facility at about 10:30 am today, I went inside with my walker, with a shield on, and up to the check in. I was informed that I MUST MASK UP! I had a shield on, the person checking me in was behind plexi-glass and wearing a mask. I told her that I could not wear a mask, when she kept insisting I mentioned the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) rules regarding mask wearing and shields. She then told me I would have to wait in the foyer and they would call me. I was fine with that until I was then “lectured” about how I was inhaling the air in the facility (where everyone else was masked) and that I was breathing out air under the shield putting EVERYONE in danger. Not once was my temperature taken; not once was I asked if I had symptoms; been in contact with anyone who had Covid; had I tested positive for Covid. Instead, I was made to feel like a second class citizen due to my handicap. During the past week I was at a hospital, doctor’s office, dentist and NO ONE questioned my shield; NO ONE required a mask under the shield. I am a coherent 76 year old who should not be treated as a child who does not understand. Last month, I was in Idaho and Montana and NO ONE asked me to mask up. Treating patients like this is totally unacceptable.

I went for a mammogram today. Sara was my technician. She is a treasure. Please don’t let her leave your employ. She is awesome.

I had an appt on a Saturday at 2:45pm for a CT scan. Husband had to wait in the car due to no visitors. I walked in with my mask on. Got checked in and sat down. There was nobody else waiting. 30 min later the lady that checked me in came over and told me that they were “swamped” and she didn’t know how much longer. I momentarily pulled down my mask to take a breath and to speak. She was way more than 6 feet from me. She rudely told me she would speak to me when I put my mask on. I walked out. Not just about the rudeness but the fact that she had no idea how much longer. I made an appt for the one in the valley a couple days later. They were all so nice. I was in and out in 20 min.

The staff is friendly. Not many gluten-free options. There’s more food in the cafeteria downstairs it’s small & not what I was expecting but the lady was still very kind. The food they sell is the same as downstairs.
