I had been coming here on a regular basis because the new manager was doing a fine job and the service + food quality was good. On Wednesday (3/12/25), around 9pm, I went through the drive-through and ordered a double guacamole bacon burger and a large water. I usually opt for water because I stopped drinking soda. They apparently had changed their policy about charging for the large sized water. They wanted $4. Ok, a bit ridiculous, but this is not why I’m leaving a 1 star review. Several hours after eating here I became violently ill and had to go home early from my shift. I spent the next 12 hours throwing up and, well, I will spare the details about what was coming out the other end. I had to take the following night off work. Everything else I ate that night was packaged and sealed and something I eat regularly with zero issues. I don’t want a refund. I just want to make the managers/owners aware of the problem so they can remedy the situation and not send any one else home puking their guts out. I probably won’t be eating at this establishment again.

I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up, the parking lot was completely empty, leaving me to wonder if anyone was actually there. I went through the drive through and the gal there was rude as hell. Looked like she hated life, there was absolutely no enthusiasm whatsoever. Shoved the food at me and said "have a good day". No other words were spoken. I went in to complain to the supervisor, who was the only other person inside, and he didn't seem to care at all. I will NOT be returning to this location again. Once is enough. Figure out what is wrong with that girl at the drive though.

It wasn't very clean, crumbs on the tables. There was no toilet paper in the woman's bathroom. I had to call my boyfriend to have him bring me some. I in no way was impressed for my first time at this restaurant.

The food is always great. With the exception of the older gentleman who works at this location, the customer service here has been terrible. I waited 20 min in the drive through lane without anyone speaking to me. I ended up backing out and leaving that day. The last few times the rudeness has been off the charts.
Dietary restrictions: The lettuce wrap is great for those who can't have bread!
The service was incredibly slow. I waited at the drive thru so long with no response from inside, I thought they were closed. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders, and it took over 10 minutes. It was so greasy I couldn't finish it. I won't be back.

My friend went here and order for me and i wanted the bacon guacamole fries and a burger with cheese, sauce, tomatoes, pickles and lettuce. Keep those in mind. NOW, my friend comes over and I am eating my food and the fries taste like JUST ONION. THERES SO MUCH ONION. It's like they ground up onions and colored them green to make it LOOK like guacamole. And my BURGER IS SO BLAND??? Its like 40% sauce and theres one patty and one slice of cheese. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I HATE THIS PLACE SO BAD IM NEVER BUYING FROM CARLS JR AGAIN. EVER. AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIEND.
