Management is rude to delivery drivers when they have an issue with a delivery item.
When asked why they put the straws on top of the drinks, horizontally. The Manager became irate and rude towards the delivery driver. Told drive we’re not gonna remove it for your convenience. Said straws are to be shown as not tampered with by putting them in a position to be damaged, proving they can be tampered with. Placing them in the bag with the food rather than on top of the cup where they get soggy bent and ripped. If you don’t want the straw damaged, put it in the bag where it won’t be tampered with accidentally.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not good. Couldn't eat it. The poor employees, I don't think the ac was working and it felt like 100 degrees inside. No one stayed to eat. We all left.

Last night we had placed an online order. When we had arrived it hadn't came through yet so I waited, which was totally fine. They only had three staff on shift, manager with a pretty severe injury, and two staff, I was only able to get the name of one staff which I am super disappointed in her reactions and responses, tbh I would have fired her on the spot she wasn't doing anything but trying to get off the clock, the store was slammed order after order coming through drive thru, she just stood there watching even when she could see the guys were struggling to keep up, she clocked herself out mid mess, personally I would have jumped in myself if I could have! The two guys amazed me on the other hand, working and communicating as a team in a super stressful situation they both handled every challenge the best they could with only two people and some pretty big orders they overall kept it straight. I asked the manager about his Injuries to be informed he was hit by a car just the day before in a sling and all running the entire store grill and all! I'm sorry I didn't get the names but someone needs to give these men a bonus they were rocking it!! Hopefully they both see this because if nobody told you by the end of your shift you rocked it great job with stress management and commitment to serving your customers last night! To the upper management do better!

Absolutely the worst food I ever got from a fast food place. Milkshake was melted and sour. Didn't give me food poisoning but if I want to try drinking more of it it probably would have. I could smell how bad it was so I only took one sip.The french fries were basically like the leftover crumbs from making french fries is hard and crunchy just disgusting. This was for takeout so I didn't know they had ripped me off so bad until I had got closer to my home about a half hour away. My painting cash so I'm thinking maybe they just pocketed the money and gave me trash. $20 I really expect it edible food. But I got the opposite.

Your bulbs are too bright on the drive thru menu!!! You need solar eclipse glasses to safely look at your sign. Change the bulbs out or get a tech that can lower your brightness before you get sued!
