We went through the drive thru at 10:30 in the evening and ordered 2 famous star hamburgers.the burgers were just a big sloppy pile of goo there was so much sauce it just ran out of the burger and everything was falling off and the bun was soggy .poor excuse for a hamburger couldnt even enjoy it and couldnt eat it .sad to pay $22 for two burger and two pops and get disgusting food will not go back

Cashier didn't know the prices posted on menu board and tried to overcharge us by $ 5 on my burger and when I caught it she over charged us on my wifes chicken strips by $ 2 and said well sometimes they just change prices in the register

We feel as customers we should be treated fairly and not price gouged by a restaurant we frequent

Not a big fan after that experience !!!

I went here with my girlfriend it was the first time she had ever been to a Carl's Jr. We both got a couple burgers they where very good. The service is always fast and friendly.

DO NOT GO HERE WORSE LOCATION THERE SLOW WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE LITERALLY MESS UP EVERY ORDER AND GIVE U COLD FOOD. Came in around 5.35 literally dinner time and the lady that took my order took about 3 minutes to eveb take my order than it took 30 minutes for me to get my food and it was messed up. Ordered a milkshake and it was melted..

My significant other and I went here for dinner tonight. The woman on the mic sounded very irritated. She took our order and before my partner could even finish their sentence she told them the total. Didn't ask if that was all for us or listen to the substitution my SO was asking for before very rudely telling us the total and telling us to pull forward. We decided that was not the kind of service we were okay with and left. I understand the food industry is hard. But be kind to people as we were not rude to her in any way shape or form.

Management is rude to delivery drivers when they have an issue with a delivery item.

When asked why they put the straws on top of the drinks, horizontally. The Manager became irate and rude towards the delivery driver. Told drive we’re not gonna remove it for your convenience. Said straws are to be shown as not tampered with by putting them in a position to be damaged, proving they can be tampered with. Placing them in the bag with the food rather than on top of the cup where they get soggy bent and ripped. If you don’t want the straw damaged, put it in the bag where it won’t be tampered with accidentally.
