Ruslan took my order said he was the manager after I had an issue with the order. No empathy for the issues with the app not populating my coupon. On top of it took my initial order wouldn't honor my coupon and in fact made me circle back by leaving the drive through to spend another 15 minutes on signing up fir the app with a different email to populate the coupon again. They made my food then sat it under a heat lamp for almost 20 minutes. The food was cold, the burgers were stiff from the heat lamp, the onion rings were hard as a rock. Ruslan never once apologized for any of the mishap and instead made me feel like I was putting him out by asking. The kicker to this is your phone number listed online and on my receipt is a disconnected line and you cant talk to anyone. I am very frustrated and cant get a hold of anyone t o make right by this.

Ordered burger 3 sides and a soda. Got home and burger is missing. Called the store 6 or 7 times and was immediately hung up on everytime. I spent $15 and getting no burger was a very bad deal for me....being hung up on everytime even worse

Why would you be the home of the charbroiled thickburgers ? But then you get rid of them doesn’t make any sense. They’re on the logo sign to have thick burgers.
