Hey, it's the best I could have expected this deep into Spokane. 2 great guys pulled heroics behind the counter for an unexpected surge of orders. The architecture around here is stunning; the people sleeping next to these amazing buildings don't seem to notice.

Well don't come to this location near closing and want chicken tenders got 3 kids and an adult that wanted tenders and have to have chicken stars, oh our chicken station is closed like damn people just pick what can be ordered your still open reclean the station serve your customers, all these excuses all the damn time more reason to stop eating at these places all together Winco is 24hrs and my $$ will go further thanks

Absolutely the worst Carl's experience in Spokane. I ordered ahead and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me. Fries are barely warm and milkshake is basically vanilla milk, completely thawed

The lady behind the counter was on a personal phone call, didn't care about waiting customers. Two people ended up walking out after repeated times asking to be help. Has to be the worst service I've ever seen. I will never return to this location.

Showed up here at 1:45 pm on 6/21. Tried to order on my app. Didn't come through. Stood at the register for several minutes almost screaming for help. No one in the kitchen even bothered to look my direction. Went outside and saw three staff members having their own smoke break. This was unacceptable and insulting.

It was ok. I ordered no cheese and I got cheese. It seemed like a lot to pay for a so-so burger. It was a drive-thru transaction so didn't try for a new burger.

Had a homeless person approach me while I was waiting in the drive-thru. Thankfully the employee saw him and waved him away. Arrived at 10:20ish am and ordered a breakfast hamburger. It was very dry and messy, the tater tots were nice and hot and salty but the problem was they tasted like extremely old oil. The sprite tasted like carbonated water. The only reason I gave it any stars was because I was grateful for the employee who helped me with the order. He was very friendly and helpful.
Average but the food was cold so I probably won't return to the location in cda. But the one is post falls is awesome!

34 min from the time we paid for food to when we received the order. Mind you there was NO ONE was placing orders or waiting on orders in the restaurant or in the drive through! At the 25 min mark we asked where our food was at and were told “it just came up” meaning the onion rings. 9 min later, when we got our food the onion rings were barely warm. Piss poor service and management!

We waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter, there was a line forming, food took nearly 20 minutes to come out, then the chicken patty was tiny and overcooked on the original chicken sandwich the staff were arguing during our whole visit. Worse than I could have imagined
