Don't do to go call in orders. I called and they acted rude when I asked to place a order . Very disappointed.

We went to eat at 3:15 in the afternoon and there it was fairly empty, however we barely saw our server and waited for almost an hour for our food. Then when they brought it out, they told us they’d messed up my son’s food and had to remake it so it would be another “few minutes.” 15 minutes later I asked if they could at least bring him some fries since he was starving, they did, but had to clarify what he ordered because they apparently had forgotten to remake his order.
When we were finally done we placed a to-go order for two orders of fries, and then waited another 15-20 minutes before a waiter (not ours) came to see if we needed anything. I asked about our fries and she found them sitting on a ledge.
Overall, not a fantastic experience.

Only issue I had was I felt really out place. I had my laundry day clothes and felt like I was looked down upon. I'm not saying it's how it was, just felt way

FOR THOSE WITH GLUTEN ALLERGIES, BEWARE!
Me and my wife have been waiting to go here for a while, and we decided lastnight (valentines day) to go, since they have a menu that has mostly gluten free options and she really needs that right now being new to gluten free..
This is great, and many of us will jump in our car and head straight there and check it out, because we are desperate for ourselves or loved ones to get good, gluten free restaurant food for date nights or when ever, especially since most places only have a few things and this is most of what they have, fries, burgers, sandwiches, salad, all great stuff...
HERES THE CATCH! They have it all over the place, that they have gluten free stuff, and on their menus, each item is labeled as "gluten free" or can be "substituted" with a gluten free bun or flat bread, with no other warnings...
At what point does that mean that they can have there deep fryer completely shared across the kitchen, directly contaminating anyones food that is sapose to be gluten free... It now is not! And I bet a whole lot of people have left there with their episode starting up, lots of pain and puking later, all cause they refused to put a warning labe on the menu, or, just not claim it's gluten free, when it's not, your gonna hurt people, and you have. I'm hear to help warn people to be safe here, as we must always be. Hence why we found out early and left, we had our valentines night dinner else where.
Other than that, it was very loud, and not a very big place, so hopefully it doesn't ever get busy in there, cause that would be insane to try to eat there...
Sad though, cause the food really did look good and we really wanted to try it... Had some really good burger recipes. Most anything on the menu is $17-22 per item, so expect to spend a little money here. Even the salads are $20+
Vegetarian options: Didn't get any, but saw that most of the menu was vegan of some sort
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Kid-friendliness: They have a bar side, which is 21+, then the other half of the restaurant is family friendly...

I wish I could rate the food, but we weren’t given the opportunity, so I’m giving the benefit of the doubt since I have to give a 1-5 star rating on food, service, and atmosphere. We were excited to try the menu, and thankful that they appeared to be one of the few non fast food restaurants open after 9pm on a Thursday. Their website states they were open until 11pm, food service ended at 10. We pulled up a table at 9:35, noticing food in the kitchen window waiting to go out. When we were only given a drink menu, we inquired if they were still serving food, as the website had stated. This was the reason we came in. We were told they had just stopped. I understand closing the kitchen early when a place is dead. But this place still has several tables seated, and people seating after we had walked in. If your website says open until 11, serving food until 10, and people are still coming through the door, don’t shut the kitchen down. It’s just not a good look.

Drink prices are a bit ridiculous for bottom shelf liquor and small glasses.

Been to Cascadia a number of times and have had positive experiences every time. Service is welcoming and professional. Food is high quality with fresh ingredients. Being a vegetarian, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. I had both the Tofu Bahn Mi and the BBQ Tofu. Though they were good sized portions for the slightly elevated prices, I wish they packed a bit more of a good flavor. All the potential is there. Good ingredients, well cooked, great recipe; but its lacking some flavor to warrant a 5th star. I don't know if maybe working on the sauces, especially with the bahn mi or adding some unique flavors would be the ticket but I'm always opting for trying new things on the menu to cover for that factor. That's making it sounds like a negative food experience which it isn't but I just know it could be better! Will be back to support this great business!

I’ve been dining at cascadia my entirety of being vegan and because i have allergies! i’ve never had an issue up until the last month. i was given real queso instead of cashew, which i AM allergic to. the sandwich my boyfriend ordered was missing both of the only meats on it, turkey and bacon, and the bread was untoasted. we had called the same night to receive a refund, the man who answered the phone seemed annoyed but said he would figure it out. follow up 10 days later, still no refund. called again and the lady who answered this time was very kind and seemed genuine, said the owners are “out of town” and unable to do the refund at the moment but that she would figure it out on her end. it’s been 9 days since and no refund, no communication, nothing. it saddens me so much as i really did enjoy their food prior and appreciated all the options for those with dietary restrictions. the service has gone down hill immensely. as someone who works in a kitchen, allergies are not something to be taken lightly and i’m SO disappointed by how this has been handled.

Meh. Food didn't have much flavor. My girlfriend and I ordered the same sandwich and hers was like twice as big as mine.

Service was slow, and while I can understand this a little since we were a group of 15, we arrived at 1:20 and only got our food an hour later. However, the food was amazing! I had the Turkey Melt. In the end I would definitely recommend for smaller groups or families, but probably not for such a large group as we were.

The pretzels were amazing, so much better than anywhere else, the veggie mushroom burger was the best in Spokane. The service was even better than the food, Brooks was an amazing server and made our experience so much better.

Nothing specular. The food was left under lights, the table was sticky and staff were not enthused. Both visits were eh.

Travis has incredible customer service, and I still cannot get over how delicious the food is??? The Cuban, garlic fries, and mac and cheese were all absolutely impeccable. And the fry sauce, the atmosphere, what a great date night spot! Very thankful we found Cascadia ?
