It's rare to be able to order almost anything off the menu and have a vegan option available. This place was phenomenal for our mixed party of veg and meat eaters, we all left fat dumb and happy. And the curry mac was delicious, better than I could have expected. It is vegan, but I doubt any meat eater would be upset eating it. We are going to try to mimic it for our own dinners. So good. Also, the TLTA was bomb. Idk what was special with it but was so good. 10/10 would recommend, vegan or not.Vegetarian options: Almost all of the dishes have a vegan if not vegetarian option. The texture of the crispy chicken sandwich was excellent. Flavor wasn't as good as the TLTA, but still quite good.

I've been a few times and wasn't overly impressed. However, this last visit was great! I had a crispy chicken sandwich and my wife had Mac n cheese and garlic fries. Our food was fresh and delicious. I can see why their chicken sandwich has won an inlander award. It was juicy, tender, and flavorful without having so much going on that you lost the greatness of the chicken cutlet itself.Our waitress was really friendly and efficient and her 2Pac shirt was pretty dang great, too! She offered good suggestions, was prompt refilling drinks, and generally just kept everything flowing.This visit changed my perspective on Cascadia and I would definitely return.Parking: Parking is tough at this location. The restaurant is in a strip mall, of sorts, that they share with other busy offices and restaurants. The setup of the two lots is tricky on a slow day, during a busy dinnertime rush - it can be frustrating. Good news is, if you're willing to cross the street, you can park in the large grocery store parking lot with minimal hassle.

Delicious! And they got us a nice table, even after 8pm. Before we got here, we walked to boiler boom and they had already closed their kitchen, so we walked and found Cascadia, glad we found it. Great service, awesome food great cooks utilization of a small visible kitchen. You guys got a good thing going there.
They have vegan cheese! And the young lady explained the deals they were doing for the next week. I can't wait to come back! My new favorite place! Thank you!
