Pretty disappointing. Couldn't find a single bit of apple in the fritters that were greasy tasting. The only upside was the texture of the fritter was decent. Also bought an old fashioned, vanilla, and red velvet. All had a consistently mushy texture. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Otherwise, this is a one star review. There were no other customers in the place which seemed odd for mid-Sunday morning. Not the same place I remember from my last visit about five years ago.

Came at 3pm on a Wednesday for an after school surprise for kids and they were closed, looked like they never opened today. No sign or explanation of any kind. Wasted my time and disappointed my kids.

Pretty disappointed. For $30 a dozen I expect the donuts to be soft, fresh and not covered in thick & excessively sweet frosting. We had 6 1/2 donuts left out of 12 that nobody touched. The other donuts that were all taken by kids under the age of 10 & were only half eaten. Won't be going back.

The photos hooked me, but I was surprised that they did not live up to the hype. Very standard, I could even say bland, taste and not much to love about the texture. More showmanship than substance here.

Very poor customer service. I called 3-4 days before Christmas to see about getting some vegan donuts for my daughter. The lady I spoke to said they could NOT do a special order but I could call on 12/24/23 and they would set aside some vegan donuts and I could come pick them up. Set my alarm and called. Same lady I had previously spoken to said they had given them to their other location for a special order (like the one they told me I COULDN’T place) so they had none. Her attitude was much more “oh well” than “we are sorry” we didn’t accommodate you. because we told you one thing (that you couldn’t place an order for them because we can’t take special orders right now) and then did something else. The lady clearly did not care that although I called at 6:03 am (as she instructed) my daughter wasn’t getting vegan donuts on Christmas morning. For me, the poor customer service will keep me from shopping and supporting this local business, which I always try to do.

Got some donuts here last weekend. They looked delicious in the case. We bought 9 donuts and it cost $40, which is insane! But we thought maybe they would be 'that good'. Unfortunately, they were not. The girl helping us was very friendly, and there was no wait in line, they had plenty to choose from.. But for the price - we were very underwhelmed!
Disappointed with the doughnuts. Got 2 fritters, Apple and blueberry, and a Bavarian cream doughnut. Glaze was so sweet I couldn’t eat them. Had better from any grocery store. ??????

Was a nice place to go to get fresh donuts but now all you get is tiny Day but they want to charge you $5 for a donut and on top of that they can't even take cash that's bigger than a $10 bill I will never come here again

The doughnuts overall were pretty good. Their apple fritter was delicious and I liked their cake doughnuts a lot. The customer service was good and the staff were nice. The only thing that threw me off was the maple bar. It had a slight taste of alcohol/chemical, which was odd and it made me nervous about eating it. I had my friend try it to make sure it wasn’t just me, they noticed the flavor also and refused to eat it. Not to discredit how great the other doughnuts were I really do like causal fridays, it just may be something for them to look into.

I ordered 4 donuts. Got them but none of the donuts were the kind I ordered by a long shot. Really disappointing. Instead of a fritter, Samoa, Bavarian, and raspberry, I got a glazed, chocolate, animals cracker sprinkle, and some nutty caramel one. Not okay
