Ordered Pad Thai, Tom Kai soup and Spring Rolls? The soup was flavored with beef broth no coconut flavor at all. The Pad Thai tasted like noodles with ketchup - absolutely disgusting! The spring rolls were ok but half empty. So bummed!

Food was decent but be aware, their menu onsite isn't the actual price. I ordered a meal thinking it was $12 only to be told when I got the bill that it was $22 and that the menu isn't current. The prices online are a bit closer to the real price but imo, they should throw away the menus otherwise it feels deceitful and maybe illegal. $22 for a chicken dish and rice also feels pricey.

Best fried rice in the valley! Add beef and make it 2 spicy to really enhance flavor! Wonton soup is delish. Mongolian beef is another go to! Amazing food. Great service. We love ordering from Chans!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Wide enough door and plenty of space inside to maneuver.

Waited 45 min for take out with very few customers so its hard to imagine why it took ao long.. Got my food without utensils which I requested and the soup was put my take out bag sideways so it spilled out into the bag. Went back and they blamed me for complaining about the long wait and accused me of spilling the soup. Really! Blaming the customer who waited patiently for his food!

I ordered take out yesterday. I was told 25 mins. I got there the food was not done. There was no one sitting in the restaurant. I looked up how much the food will be. When I called my order in I was never told pricing. I got there had to wait an extra 10 mins. I got a shock that the price was $80. I asked for a to go menu and was told that the prices had changed. So the menu price was wrong online. I thought it would be $60 and that's why my food was $80. I got home and the food was horrible. The pot stickers were different and tastes old as well as the fried rice, orange chicken. If you want sub par Chinese food this is your place. If you want great food go somewhere else.

Average, causal and more expensive than Panda Express. Not much decor… serving sizes modest. Heavy batter to meat ratio on deep frying… Menu doesn’t offer combinations, so it’s 1 item entree with maybe a 3/4 cup of rice for 19.00. Prices have increased about 2.00 per entree.Seating is limited about 8 tables - booths are available.

I had recently arrived in Spokane (Go Zags!) and was looking for some nice takeaway. I noticed that Spokane was far more limited for Asian food options of all types and genesis and so I set out looking for a new spot. In coming across the Facebook page of the Bistro I saw they were struggling due to the pandemic. Many of my own favorite places in my home town faced the same struggles and it unfortunately did kill some of the businesses. I had trouble accessing the online menu due to an error with the SquareSpace app they use to host their website. When I called in the lady behind the counter was able to give me some great recommendations.Almond Chicken - The almond chicken was my main entree. The price for amount of food was really good. The chicken had a really nice flavor and the sauce added to it without being too much. I had anticipated leftovers, but it was too good.Fried Potstickers - The fried potstickers we’re good, but likely suffered in quality due to me waiting to eat. If you’re ordering to go and have less than 15 minutes to travel - this is a good option!Steamed Potstickers - The steamed potstickers have the same nice filling, but lose less of their texture due to time and moisture. Wonderful dumplings with a nice sauce.Chow Mein - Good chow mein - not much more to say about it.Thai Tea - My Thai tea was nice and definitely fresh. It wasn’t quite as strong as I personally prefer it, but was still good.If you’re new to Spokane or are just looking for a decent Chinese bistro I think this is your place. Need an excuse to eat out? Not only do these local businesses suffer due to the pandemic, but by patronizing them we help circulate money in our local communities this contributing to the health of Spokane!Parking: Very busy parking lot at night and in the weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard strip mall sort of area. There is a part of the covered walkway that can be rolled up or easily stepped past by those with disabilities. I have some balance issues and had no problem.
