Second time there in two years (I live in Tacoma) and it was just as excellent as I remembered. Such a nice down to earth little family run southern kitchen restaurant. The COD & Jojos with hush puppies were amazing. We also had the fried chicken and some other sides like gumbo and they were all perfect.

I didn’t choose to be in Spokane, but am damn glad that I ended up on a trip here because otherwise I’d never had got to try Chicken N More! Got the 10 oz. chicken fried steak w/ a side of mash & macaroni salad. Some of the best southern food I’ve had in a while for more than a reasonable price.
And I can’t forget— the staff here are naturals with their customers!! Shout out to Logan and the other guy working the evening shift for sparking up conversation like nothing. Some of the friendliest service I’ve ever received. Super glad I stumbled on this gem.

The Catfish sandwich is cooked perfectly and paired with the garlic sauce is an unbelievable treat. You can't miss with the brisket sandwich either, you can have it spicy or mild. The chicken is cooked just like the catfish, skin is crispy and the meat is juicy. No matter what you pick it is worth the trip here!!!

Great little spot on Spokane. I got the chicken, red beans & rice, and the potato wedges. Food was great. Sort of a local “dive” atmosphere and I could tell they have a number of “regulars” that come in often and are welcomed by name.

Some bomb fried chicken, ribs, red beans and rice, I mean I can really go on haven’t tasted anything from here that wasn’t delicious. Make sure you get the homemade bbq sauce, spicy and mild, they both hit!

Great food. Friendly staff. Small hole in the wall place. Don't get me wrong I love that. Go early, I went around 7 got the last 2 pieces of dark meat (wanted 3 piece) they were out of my preferred sides. Still delicious, I will be back!!!

The chicken and JoJo's were the star of the day for me. I would go back for those hands down. The jumbo was delicious but I felt like the green beans would use more seasoning and the mashed potatoes would be better with a brown gravy.
