Chipotle Mexican Grill in Spokane

“Classic chipotle. Looks busy but no wait when we came in. So many bad reviews for cleanliness, the restrooms were clean and stocked, maybe the locals here are just messy?
Plenty of employees on hand to duck around and run a broom from time to time.

“They were super busy and running out of lots of ingredients. My bowl had the dregs of the last of the rice so the texture was weird. Staff was still friendly and making the most of the situation. They couldn't get around to clean tables so the place was kind of a mess. I'm a big Chipotle fan in general though.“

“We like the food, that we always return! Guac is our favorite but sooo expensive ?! Always pay $8+T for that small(large) bowl & small(large) bag of chips. I know avocados are expensive but I ALSO know there's only like 1, maybe 1.25 large avocados in that bowl & they are getting them at Wholesale prices-i know they have to mark up obviously, but that's like 600%+, not right. The service is somewhat lacking unfortunately...customer service professionals behind the glass/counter sometimes are in a zombie mode staring at you blankly (makes me uncomfortable) while they help you, no smile, no kind interaction to make you feel welcome...it's with more than just 1 employee too. This last trip the first week of May 24' was a lot better though, the girls working there were at least 75% better at service.

“Our experience was absolutely lovely there! The staff is really nice, and I don't know what some people were complaining about. The food was great and very fast service ? We'll definitely be going there again!
And as for the cost, my teenager ordered a kids make your own taco, and it was only $5.50, including a side and a choice of drink. The place was really clean too! Five star service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thank you for the wonderful food!!“
