Chipotle Mexican Grill in Spokane

“Here's what I especially like about Chipotle: you can get exactly what you want because it's like a Mexican Subway. Pick your protein, pick your holder (burrito, taco, bowl, salad), then, like Subway, pick which ingredients you want one by one. If you want to get the most food, get a bowl or a burrito. Not a huge fan of chips and guacamole since the chips came in a bag so not easy to access. The guacamole was very fresh but in a small container so you couldn't eat it all easily so I do not recommend the chips and guac. All meals had an excellent taste, were very filling, and I will be back.“

“They were super busy and running out of lots of ingredients. My bowl had the dregs of the last of the rice so the texture was weird. Staff was still friendly and making the most of the situation. They couldn't get around to clean tables so the place was kind of a mess. I'm a big Chipotle fan in general though.“

“My favorite Chipotle! The staff here is always so kind, and Kiara went above and beyond today. She noticed something was off with the soda when we picked up our mobile order and had me try it before we left—it was just carbonated water! She quickly swapped it out, offered us something else while we waited, and made sure we left happy. Her great customer service (and attention to detail) totally saved me from a disappointing flat soda. Thank you, Kiara!“

“Such a hit or miss, the only reason I’m rating high is because of the employees trying their absolute best. I wouldn’t do takeout because you never know the portion sizes… got absolutely scammed out of my bowl the last time…but other times I go in and order and watch them load it up to perfection.“
