As the door dasher, I am highly disappointed in this restaurant.They should have higher standards for themselves.One, It's an absolute mess and disgusting to even be in and to. Two, They didn't address me until fifteen minutes after I arrived. After waiting for a half hour my customer ended up canceling the order and leaving them a one star review. As will I

The service deserves a 0 star but I must give it a 1. We walked in politely and greeted them kindly asking for chips. The workers proceeded to not make eye contact with us and were very rude about it. There were zero customers as well. This isn’t the first time we’ve been greeted rudely by the workers. They need an attitude change. I don’t know if I will be returning. Dissatisfied 0/5

I’ve ordered twice from the Chipotle at 930 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99202, and both times I’ve had issues. The first time, I paid extra to add chips to my order, but when I arrived for pickup, I saw they weren’t included. When I asked about it, the staff said they’d run out of chips and suggested I contact customer care for a refund. I didn’t call since it was just $2, but it still shouldn’t have happened.
The second time, when I picked up my order and opened it back at my hotel, I found the portion size was only about half of what it should have been. I was extremely disappointed. I believe this happened because, during December 12–14, 2025, there was a national-level chess tournament nearby, and the store was overloaded with orders. It seems they reduced portions to keep up with demand, which is unacceptable.
I didn’t expect this kind of service from Chipotle, and I’m truly disappointed with my experience at this location.

I ordered my mobile order 1hr 25min ago, they just started - there are 4 people on the chatting, zero line and still I wait. Absolutely the worst management. Still waiting - had extra time to make a review
Had lunch here today (but really wish we hadn’t)!
Without a doubt the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. By far! Politely asked if anyone could wash a table for our party of four. There literally was not one clean place to sit and eat. The person at the checkout looked at me and turned around without acknowledging me. I said “Excuse me” and he said Yeah, yeah yeah I heard you. He cleaned one table and I had to re-clean it with restaurant napkins! I would avoid this particular Chipotle.
My son in law asked if there was a reason the soda machines were all not working again our request went unacknowledged! A young lady came over after my daughter asked her if there was anything she could do about the soda machine. She was helpful and resolved that problem quickly. Again I do not recommend the Chipotle at this location.

There was some heavy dude with a big ol neck beard cooking chicken and chopping it up without a beard net. Breaking FDA food code.

I wish I had read the reviews and gone to Qdoba. It was a Tuesday night during finals, and I wanted a quick filling and healthier meal. I got to the restaurant and the line was almost out the door (and before you think the line was full of people, students like me, who wanted a quick easy and healthy bite during finals, there were only two other students in line). I waited for almost 20 minutes to get my food, and when I finally ordered, I asked for chicken. They were out of chicken, and just about every other meat. I had to get something more expensive and that I didn’t like nearly as much. I explained that I had been waiting for a long time and that I didn’t want pork, I wanted chicken, and asked if I could be charged for the cheaper price. The manager told me no. Then they asked if I wanted white rice or brown rice, which was a stupid question because they were out of white rice and only had brown rice. Next, they asked me if pinto beans were OK, they were not, but that was all they had. The employees were nice enough, but this place is really poorly managed. A bunch of the staff just seemed to be standing around, probably because their manager didn’t have anything for them to do. Anything other than make chicken, rice, or black beans. They don’t think ahead or prioritize customers. It would have at least been nice to know they were out of literally everything before I got to the front and had to come up with a new order with 15 people waiting behind me. I recommend going somewhere else.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, the parking situation was a nightmare. And to be fair, by the time I got up there, they were making chicken and rice.

The customer service here lacks IMMENSELY. When I walked in everyone working there that saw me either rushed in the back or ignored my presence. My husband had to go back and exchange my drinks for the correct ones and he said they did the same. Vibes are off like no one wants to work there. I would avoid this location until they get customer service training.

I have been sick for 5 weeks after eating here. The queso looked questionable and I think it gave me something bad. There was visible dust on the line, and the lobby was really dirty too. I wish I could be healthy right now, and I can't help but think the Chipotle did it. Something here is seriously wrong!

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times in the past couple months and my experience is always the same. In the evening the employees here are ALWAYS without fail so rude. They act like it’s an inconvenience for them to do their job. They are always out of ingredients. I went in just a bit ago and the had no steak, no fajita veggies, and no chimichurri. When I asked if they had any more of these ingredients the guy huffed and puffed like I was complaining. Never going back to this location, very disappointed👎👎👎👎👎
