Spokane has the worst employees with horrible customer service

The young lady working the till around 3:20 was very helpful. Very sweet. The whole staff was on top of it and we got great portions and great food! 10/10!

If I could put less than one star I would. The customer service is absolutely horrid at the Newport Hwy location. They should spend more time in training and learn proper etiquette for serving customers. If any of my employees behaved the way the employees at this location do I’d be embarrassed! This was not based off of one bad experience nor one single employee.Do better!

Should’ve looked at the reviews before I came to this place. Paid $26 for two burritos and one of them the chicken was burnt to a crisp. For that type of money you should be able to know how to cook chicken. Go to one of the other locations in Spokane.

This place is always disappointing. They are always out of meat and the time they say it will take to make the meat it's faster to drive to another location.

This is the cleanest Chipotle I have ever been to, hands down. Kudos to the team for prioritizing cleanliness and serving up tasty food. The team was attentive to my order as I moved down the line and weren’t just “tossing” this and that into my bowl like you see elsewhere. A great stop! Wish I was local to the area. Minneapolis Chipotles can take a few pages out of these guy’s book! Salud!

I traveled all over Houston for work and ate at Chipotles every single weekday for over two years (at 8-10 different locations). I cannot remember one location ever having one of the toppings options out of stock. We moved here and started going to this location when it opened on Sundays after church. About six months ago we noticed that they were missing the options we normally choose for our order. It literally happened three times in a row on three different Sundays. We started going to the location on Francis and have had no issues. I have since decided to check back in to see if the problem is still happening since we would like to come back here as it's the most convenient location. About two months ago, they were out of something (can't remember what). Tried again about a month ago and everything was in stock for the first time in five straight visits. Tried again today and they were out of pico and steak. Something is seriously wrong at this location. I recommend you go to a different location until they get their act together.Edit: Looks like the owner is the problem. Responds by giving a link to go to so they can help? How about you solve the problem? That would help.

So nice to have Chipotle up North. One of my faves in Texas.

They give you less food if you do the drive up. Don't do drive up, go in if your going to get food here. We even tested it and my boyfriend went in and I ordered mine for the pick up lane. My food was significantly less than my boyfriend's.

We go here often but never again. We were here on 1/26/24 7:30 P.M. my wife and I ordered 2 bowls 2 drinks and 2 small bags of chips it came to 30$ and some change. After paying and the cashier closed the till I realized I had another one dollar bill so I asked if I could trade 5 one's for a 5 dollar bill she said she had to get her manager. He come to the counter and first thing he said is we're not a bank unless you pay with cash. Really I paid with cash he had a total attitude and was very rude about it. We come here often but I will never be back I took my one's and left. Maybe you should have a class on customer service. His rude and condescending attitude lost you loyal customers.

This is the worst chipotle out of them all, always out of something or something is broken. Today I went thru and ordered inside and they are stingy on every piece of the order (even asking after asking for more). Then I order a side of mild salsa and then they tell me they are out of chips. I asked about the chips that they had on a shelf above the drive thru area and they refused to give me them claiming they were only used for the DML (whatever that is). Absolutely ridiculous.

WARNING, WARNING: To all fast food patrons, if you want to get a royal SCREWING!!!.....try any of the local CHIPOLTE Grills here in Spokane, I guarantee you MOST CERTAINTY WILL.....by placing any order at one of these RIP-OFF fast food joints. False advertising above the counter and on full display show's selection's prices at $10.85 and $12.10 respectively for carne asada bowl, but when you add anything you get whopping extra charge per item, Good God what an eye opener!!!! Placing an order for two came out to $46.00, not including any drinks or tips. You can dine out at TECATE GRILL, the number one Mexican restaurant in Spokane, dinner drinks and fine food for a lot less than this garbage selection offered at the price I saw rung up for my order. Fortunately I was so taken back by the prices they attempted to throw at me that I turned around and left the place without paying and rightfully so. How they can justify such outrageous prices and we were the only customers in the place at 5: pm. An extra example of bad quality that when I was placing my order, the guy behind the counter had to scoop off an entire layer of BLACKENED avocado toppings to get fresh amount for the order. Quite disgusting to say the least, adding insult to injury. This place, located on Francis Ave. is not long for this town, the burger place folded and this will meet the same fate. Have been a long time resident and don't mind paying price for decent food, but have to give this Franchise a minus 4 STAR RATING. BUYER BEWARE......the stars don't lie.

So I went to the north store, near Hawthorne. I went because the commercials made it look so good. I went at about 5 pm and it was at the end of the food almost. Not quite tho. So 8 got the last of most and it was excellent. I was hungry and omg it was so good... Just like I thought it would be. I'll be going back for sure!

I don't know if the staff was just having an off day when we visited but the food didn't seem very fresh. When they were making my dish in particular they were almost empty of everything and rather than waiting or asking me if I could wait. They just gave me what was left. So I had to ask them to add more meat because the person I was with went after me and they got a lot more food than I did because they had just brought out the new dishes. The staff also made it seem as if I had inconvenience to them because I said that I would wait a few minutes for them to get some more fajita vegetables. The area to get soda was in disarray and they were out of straws and forks. The bathroom also looked like it hadn't been tended to. I don't expect a lot because it is a Chipotle and not a fine dining experience but it just seemed a mess when we came in from the start
