Such a hit or miss, the only reason I’m rating high is because of the employees trying their absolute best. I wouldn’t do takeout because you never know the portion sizes… got absolutely scammed out of my bowl the last time…but other times I go in and order and watch them load it up to perfection.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were super nice and friendly. However, the food was awful. My partner and I both got burritos and they were completely flavorless. It tasted like the beans had been defrosted from a frozen bag, and the meat (chicken/steak) had zero seasonings on it. For almost $30, I expected it to be much better.

I love Chipotle it is always so good. I get a bowl, white rice black beans queso mild salsa double steak light sour cream guacamole cheese lettuce 😋 $21 and I would eat it all day if I had that type of money 🤣🥰

I went at like 7pm last night and the chicken was burnt. When I bit into my burrito, there was burnt crispy char that tasted not only bitter, but it was highly unpleasant. They also charged me like $4 more for a burrito. I didn’t get anything extra besides queso. It was like $14 total. They also didn’t even give me a bag and made me carry it in my hand to my car, where it leaked salsa all over my vehicle’s seat. Very disappointed. I will start going to the Chipotle off Newport Hwy. Get better:

Every time we order from the app or website rather than in person, something is always missing. This time it was zero fajita veggies when both items called for EXTRA. Not a single pepper or even onion was in either the bowl, 3 tacos, or in my friends burrito (burrito not pictured). I'd completely understand if it's not printed on the item paper and it was the computers fault, sure that can happen, BUT it's clear as day on both my items and his burrito. And this is not the first time this has happened in the last few months, just the first time it's been on multiple items in one single order; so it finally deserved a review. For the price of the food, and clear labeling, I'd expect all the ingredients to be in the items I paid for.
