I thought it was a good place, but they messed up my order. Their correction for giving me the wrong food was a free drink in the app. It says that you can redeem in restaurant. Doesn't say that I had to do it before anything. So I'm go in to stop and grab the drink and they tell me that I have to order it online. If I had to order it online, why did it say redeem? In restaurant, scan seems a little odd when you're trying to get a desserved drink for their mess up that they would make it this difficult

I love Chipotle but this location is terrible. The service is slow and they are always out of something. Every time I've ordered through their website they have messed up the order royally. Today was no guac, no cheese, and the wrong meat on my order. I thought it was just growing pains when they first opened but it continues to be a consistent problem. The location is staffed by a bunch of teenagers doing their best with no adult or manager in sight. I hope they can improve so that the service here matches the normal Chipotle quality.

Completed an online order for a salad, it was completely messed up. The food was all tossed into the bowl. They didn’t put any lettuce or the extra protein. When I went back to inform them of my order they were rude and didn’t offer to remake my food.

I love chipotle. Usually I just order to go. Went inside today and the interactions between the employees were so uncomfortable. The older woman running the cash register was very hostile towards the other employees and it made the entire ordering experience stressful. I never leave reviews but the stress I felt ordering a burrito felt warranted to write one.

I think choosing Chipotle when it was 100F outside was the correct choice. No line. fast service. Big burrito! Only slight complaint would be the workers generally complaining about life, but hey, they live in Washington. I get it.
Such a hit or miss, the only reason I’m rating high is because of the employees trying their absolute best. I wouldn’t do takeout because you never know the portion sizes… got absolutely scammed out of my bowl the last time…but other times I go in and order and watch them load it up to perfection.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were super nice and friendly. However, the food was awful. My partner and I both got burritos and they were completely flavorless. It tasted like the beans had been defrosted from a frozen bag, and the meat (chicken/steak) had zero seasonings on it. For almost $30, I expected it to be much better.

I love Chipotle it is always so good. I get a bowl, white rice black beans queso mild salsa double steak light sour cream guacamole cheese lettuce 😋 $21 and I would eat it all day if I had that type of money 🤣🥰
