Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle overall as a whole but at this location they don’t always have chicken ready to go, which happens, but I feel like it happens more often than it should. The kicker is that they’re real sticklers about the sides. My daughter is kinda picky, but she loves the rice. When I order on the app and pickup at the window they’ll usually ask me to come inside and pay for the rice. It’s frustrating because you can’t order a side of rice on the app but you can order extra on your meal which doesn’t cost extra. Everything else is good though. Never had any issues with staff or anything like that. I’m really tempted to rate 1 star over the rice but I think two is low enough.

Came in 6mins before close my order is simple and they said they were closed it wasn't even 11pm shit is annoying don't advertise 11 if that's not what you follow

Came here at 7pm. 3 hours before close and they didnt have half of the items and didnt say anything until they were halfway through making the burrito. We're rude when you ask if there is anymore in the back. What's the point of being a burrito place if you dont have cheese, lettuce or beans. 3 hours before close

Pick up my order with drive thru pick up. Dropped my order because the bag had a glass bottle inside it. Missing items not told they are out of. Went back for missing bag of chips. Told they are out and they put a paper telling me in bag. The strip of paper looked like a strip of garbage paper. Horrible customer service.

They are constantly out of steak, even when we come before dinner time, and they won't make more. If it's that popular with customers, they should plan better and make more of it. This has happened at least three times already.

I went there for lunch. They had zero brown rice zero black beans and zero fajita veggies. The girl making burritos was explaining to me that they just got done with lunch rush but yet they had lots of chicken, steak and Sofrito’s. She just stood there looking at me like I was inconveniencing her, spoke to the manager and told her I understand you guys got done with the lunch rush, but nobody noticed that you were low on all these items and didn’t realize it? she said well it will be 10 or more minutes until those items will be ready. I said well I don’t have that kind of time I need to get going. Is there any way I can get a voucher for a free meal since there is none of the items that I want other than chicken that’s already prepared. She said no all the employees working there are early 20s and have zero customer service experience and think that a civil conversation with some constructive criticism is being hostile so I was asked to leave, and as I was leaving, they were all smiling just the most completely unprofessional place I have been to in the last 10 years. that’s what happens these days with this new generation zero work ethic and poor mannersI got online and got the customer service number spoke to somebody and they’re supposed to be contacting me to further talk to me about this experience and I can’t wait. Even though I never got my meal the food is always a 4.

The lettuce had ice condensation in it looked really gross and like normal out of ingredients today it had no guacamole. And the green salsa was frozen to the side of container in clumps. Highly recommend not wasting time to come to this one. It cost more than the other ones also. The meat didn't look safe to eat . Sucks this one always leaves you no choice but to find somewhere else to eat due to missing so many ingredients and questionable safety to eat them.

Management listen up --- READ the reviews listed. This place needs some intervention!!!

I started reading through all of the negative reviews and they all nailed it - WORST service we have ever gotten at any location. 1. -the staff was RUDE and disrespectful. It appears teenagers are running the place and have zero customer service skills. 2. We ordered a veggie burrito to find out they were out of veggies so it was rice, and beans available. 3. They were out of fruit for the kids meals. 4. They refused to substitute guacamole for the protein on the kids meal for my child who is a vegetarian. Every other Chipotle has done this but I paid extra at this location. 5. The cleaniness was lacking. 6. The other meat and food looked old and disgusting.

Also---- Not related to my order but I watched a girl lick her finger as she was rolling up the biggest burrito I've ever seen and had to add in a second tortilla in hopes it would close.

Accidently ordered wrong rice tried to change it right after placing the order. All they have is AI answering. I ordered an order over $60 and my son won't eat it because it has the white rice. There is no way to fix it. Even if you call immediately. The machine said I was a robo caller and hung up on me the second time I called after hanging up on me the first time.

They are always missing things at this location. Today it was the veggies. The meat is always crusty like been sitting out to long. Walked out without food. For the price the service is not worthy

I had a real good time here. I just had an interview it went real good. and if anybody wants to know they're hiring.. at this location in airway heights. The interview went good she said she was conducting more interviews and would let me know at the end of the week if I got the job.. oh the carne asada it was good. I would recommend it. They have good flavor.
