Rude customer service and they stated they were out of steak at like 5pm, so I guess they can’t make more. Gave me the wrong food and forgot half my order.

Counter on which my burrito was being prepared was filthy. There was food in the sour cream, (pieces of lettuce and cheese) which they tried to serve me which was laughable. My rice was crunchy and my food was cold. Seriously lacking basic health standards.

Walked in around 5:30 PM Primetime dinner time customer service wasn’t the best food service was kind of horrible and super small portions of food after paying $14 for brisket

A good example of a chain restaurant experience. Very consistent and clean. For some reason the hot salsa at this location is hotter than any other location I've been to.

Very poor customer service and low quality product being sent out. You can pay $55 for 2 entrees with a order of chips and have it delivered to have to drive to the store anyways. The gentleman and cashier were very kind but the lady, who was obviously who made it, could use some training and guidance on customer service. Also, if someone comes in with a poor quality, completely wrong order, you can make the food in front of them and not try to take it to the back. Absolutely not!

Been here a few times ,first two food was pretty good. The staff were ok but place was pretty dirty but this time on 9/16/24 ordered online for take out went in to pick up food place was dirty again told girl my name for order she gets my order I say thank you , no response. I then say have a good night, again no response. I felt she was rude, got home to eat my food was drenched in hot sauce ,so much that I couldn't eat it and usually eat everything spicy . Will not be back !

Usually pretty good for a grab and go meal- Don't go after 6, Quality especially in customer service and portioning drops off after 6. Employees have a habit of leaving lobby and tables dirty regardless of shift.

Huge puddle of spilled pop on the floor, maybe three feet from the counter. Anyone working there should have noticed it. On my way out the door, I slipped on this and fell head over heels. I was carrying a glass bottle of coke, which shattered everywhere. Laid there stunned for maybe two minutes before any employee even approached me. The "manager," who refused to give out her name, graciously offered me a replacement coke. No offering of a replacement for my meal that had landed on the filthy floor. I ended up soaking wet.
