Customer service is sub-par. They have messed up our drive thru order multiple times and we have been naive enough to give them multiple chances. Chips have been stale, or completely left out of our bag. One time they gave us a bag that only had about 5 chips in it. If you do go make sure you go in person and not the drive thru since it seems like they need to be micro-managed to comply with a simple order.

This location has an issue with serving adequate portions. They both give you too much of one ingredient and too little of the other. For example, I ordered a steak bowl which was more or less a fancy rice bowl given the exaggerated amount of rice. Barely any steak, and when I asked for a complete portion, I was told it would cost extra.

Did you really think I wouldn't notice that the chips you gave me were stale? No crunchy goodness. Just depressing gluey corn of sadness. This is the worst location. This franchise owner clearly doesn't give and ducks about charging people for stale food.

Juan is the biggest disgrace to all of chipoltle. He treats his employees as slaves with no respect! I can't believe that a company would employ him especially as a manager! Hr should really review him before the company gets a lawsuit...

The mid afternoon crew is good. The young gals do a good job but don’t go here after 8:30 pm. Today was the worst experience. I witnessed 4 people ahead of me get the smallest portions Ive ever seen in my 10\+ years of Chipotle visits. Mine was no different. Smallest burrito Ive ever had. He was serving the food and also doing the cashier. He looked like he could care less about the operation

I consistently get the same woman that cannot wrap a burrito to save her life.literally queso and sour cream is leaking out of the foillast time they had to use two tortillas because it was messed up so bad.Then the "manager" or whoever ignored everything I said, ignored me asking for a drink, and just hit me with "That'll be $19 SIR." hella rude.I was excited to see a new place to eat here but man are they ruining chipotle.
Customer service changed hands so often they got confused what was happening. I'll go to Taco Bell and pay half the price and feel better doing it. They put Rap on in a family establishment, run by kids.

Food was quick and staff was friendly however.. the rest of the order was wrong. My husband ordered double steak bowl and barely had any steak. Instead, the steak was put on my son’s quesadilla that he didn’t like. My chicken bowl had barely any chicken, my daughter’s cheese quesadilla that was $10 had barely any cheese. Our chips all had about 1/4 of a bag. For $60 you’d think we’d get the correct orders and decent portions.

The service was honestly was very disappointing. I'm not sure if it's just a new staff or new workers but they got the pricing wrong for mine and my two friends. I'm not the type to hold up a long line to get it right so I just left. Just be better.
