Smells like mold, dirty diapers throughout the play area and in the trampoline area. The bathroom was more sanitary then the play areas. Managers sat at table eating, drinking ignoring customers as 1 employee had to stamp all new customers, then be the cashier, then be the prize lady too. Managers need to help staff out especially when there is only 1 person doing 3 jobs. I seen 3 Managers at the table and they did not seem to care to help any customers. If you don't enjoy your job find one you enjoy.

Great location! My son is very into Chuck E Cheese and this location has always been great. He has special needs and uses ASL and I love that many of the music videos they play are interpreted in ASL. They also have some captioned in Spanish. A great variety of games, not too many are ever out of order, and lots of great prizes that are overpriced as you might expect. The food is actually pretty good and the Salad bar and Wings are nice options. My kids always enjoy a pizza and you can put your timed play pass on pause to eat and not take away from your time which is great.

Employees at counters are not properly trained. Tried to add 2 two-hour passes for an add-on to my daughter's party and they charged full rip. Luckily my wife caught it and had them fix it after the purchase happened.

If you enjoy people neglecting to watch their children and their children hit other people’s kids and steal other people’s kids games after they’ve already been paid for this is the place for you! Literally had to go up to the counter to get help because this kid kept hitting the children because his mother was not watching him at all smh

Biggest issue was their system lost my reservation. We had to build it from scratch. And their computer wouldn't let them reserve. System needs updated big time.
I just wanted to recognize Aaliyah for being SO kind to my kids and I this evening. Honestly, we were having sort of a hectic day. Sometimes it just takes one person to be kind in order to turn it all around. Thank you so much for being patient, and making our trip feel welcome. You have no idea how much it means to us today.

They have definitely downsized the games and upped the prices... salad bar salad was basically empty for 45 minutes AFTER I was told they were making it and Another 30mins the second time I asked. Only 1 person at the counter some people waiting 10 minutes just to get thier Stamps to get in.
