Employees at counters are not properly trained. Tried to add 2 two-hour passes for an add-on to my daughter's party and they charged full rip. Luckily my wife caught it and had them fix it after the purchase happened.

If you enjoy people neglecting to watch their children and their children hit other people’s kids and steal other people’s kids games after they’ve already been paid for this is the place for you! Literally had to go up to the counter to get help because this kid kept hitting the children because his mother was not watching him at all smh

They have definitely downsized the games and upped the prices... salad bar salad was basically empty for 45 minutes AFTER I was told they were making it and Another 30mins the second time I asked. Only 1 person at the counter some people waiting 10 minutes just to get thier Stamps to get in.

I don't recommend eating the pizza. My Mom and I were sick for 2 days after the party. And I heard from a friend that they don't use good quality ingredients.

The service at the kids birthday party was really good. Our attendant made sure we had everything we needed and there was no hesitation when we had to add 3 extra kids. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot guy was great with the kids.
