What can I say? It's Chuck E Cheese. This place is all for the kids, food is terrible ? and the amount of money it costs to come here for a family doesn't justify the fun. Video games are cool, and the animatronic Chucky looks lonely without the other characters. My kids have bugged me to come to the place where Freddy was inspired, but it was not that great. They are good and will never bug me to come back. Thank God ??Kid-friendliness: This place is good for the kids, but pricey for the family.

Week nights are always the best to go. The staff is friendly there are no lines for games or really loud kids like the weekends. Great to go hang out with your kids if you don't like a lot of noise.

Pizza is pretty much trash, but the all-you-can eat salad bar is an option. No one comes here for the food quality anyways though. They've removed the tubes and play area to make more room for video games. It's a loud, noisey arcade that takes 100 dollars and turns it into 5 dollars of tickets. Kids had a blast, but it's not what i remember Chucky Cheese to be.
While everyone was friendly enough, the customer service is lacking in other areas. We had to wait often, while other employees stood around. They never seemed to know what was going on. Also be prepared for it to be hotter than hades. We’ve been to this location twice with the same experience both times. However the location is very clean and food has been great.

Stopped by to see the old school Chuck E Cheese animatronic with my 12 year old grandson. Chuck E was not up and running, but it was cool to see him as Chuck E, Cheese nationwide is eliminating the animatronics for Chuck E. Cheese 2.0. End of a long run of fun for everyone. Big mistake Chuck E. Cheese.....
