Did not eat here. The games are fun and there is a variety. The place was very dirty. Tables needed cleaning and bathrooms were disgusting. Waited 15 minutes for an ice cream sandwich because the vending machine was broken. After 15 minutes and the beeper not having gone off yet I went to the pickup window to ask for it. I waited another 5 minutes before finally getting one. 20 minutes for an ice cream sandwich is ridiculous. The line for getting prizes is not designated at all so you end up with people cutting in front of you and it takes a very long time waiting for people to pick out prizes. They really should make a vending machine for small prizes. It would make things a lot faster. Unless of course the vending machine is broken.

The salad bar was all we wanted. They had just opened up, so I understood that there was issues with making sure all the salad was out for us to start digging in since they took too long to bring out the general salad. We went on and started having spinach salad. We took our plates to the table right across from the salad bar, cause it’s an all you can eat salad bar, no sooner than we did that that the lady who rung us up at the counter, went and put spinach salad in the salad dish without gloves, at that point I didn’t want to eat the rest of my salad. I was pretty sick to the stomach after seeing her, touch it with her bare hands and not put on the gloves that were sitting right there on the counter Very poor service and extremely unsanitary. Our kids come here Chuck E. Cheese you can do better.
Vegetarian options: Salad is all we ate. There are a lot of menu items for salad only for vegetarians. I’m not quite sure if they can customize a pizza. I did not order one so I don’t know.

Busy & fun atmosphere as expected. Very kid-centric but not going to lie.. the new trampoline separate paid pass to get in is a big loss (strictly because of staff needing to constantly check out and away from front counter or other duties to let in & supervise) .. I know they want to make it a thing, but it takes away from the experience currently harbored by the arcade & pizza parlor imo. Last visit 1 week ago from this review, and it may be our last for a long while

Been using this location for years and have never had a problem. This time around was by far the worst experience.
1. No party host had to host my own party. I thought I paid for Chuck e Cheese to host the party.....
2. No Chuck e cheese birthday show for my child
3. Didn't receive the 2000 tickets for the birthday star
4. Got told there were no goody bags even though we could see them in the closet
5. All the pop machines were out of syrups. Pepsi was coming out clear.... I finally got fixed as we were leaving at 3 pm
6. Had to ask for the ticket blaster experience and only got 1 ticket blaster experience even though my package states 2 ticket blaster experiences. Also, I was told only one person in the ticket blaster, but the other parties were allowed the birthday star and 1 friend.
7. Only received 2 pizzas even though it states 2 pizzas for kids and 1 pizza for the adults
8. Bought a salad bar and there wasn't even enough lettuce to fill my plate my party was at 12:30pm and I was there at 12 pm and you opened at 11am and the place want busy at all
9. Never received any kind of plates or utensils for cake
10. Had to cut my pizza myself as it wasn't cut. Only the crust was cut on the edge
11. Had to serve my own cake and pizza, though that's what the host was supposed to do if we had one
12. My child didn't even get to see Chuck E Cheese he came out when they sang to the other kids but was only there for less than 5 minutes
13. When I tried to complain, I was told sorry we only have 4 employees today. Really shouldn't be open if that's the case
14. Missed my daughter opening presents because the employee came over and started discussing my payment and all in front of all my guests. I don't think that's appropriate. My guests should know about how much I paid.

Great time for the kids, don't go too often, or it'll get old soon. The food ain't great and they are understaffed so expect a wait for everything

We just had my daughter's 8th birthday at Chuck E Cheese and everyone had a wonderful time. This was in large part to our hostess, Maliah. She was absolutely wonderful and took her role seriously. She danced with the kids, cut and served the cake, took care of multiple food orders, and had a smile the whole time. All the parents commented on how thoughtful and well composed she was throughout the chaos of kids running everywhere. She is an absolute gem!

We had a birthday party, and thought it wasn't the greatest because our food came out extremely late, what can you do when you are so understaffed. The manager tried so hard to hold everything together. I only saw about 4 to 5 staff with a fullllllll house. The manager was very helpful making it right at the end. The birthday girl had a great time. Thank you for coming from another store to help this location get better and staffed in the future. Be patient when you see the struggles when staff call out and they clearly are trying their best.
