Worth it to get a membership. Makes my almost 4 year olds week when we go. Discount on food is so nice too.

It had been awhile since we'd been at a Chuck E. Cheese and the pizza was better than I remembered. It's loud. Kids loved it.

Average Chuck E Cheese. Nothing bad to say, but nothing to rave about either. As you would expect for a Pizza-Rat-Casino for children.

Went here with the wife and kids, they all loved alley roller. Food was great, accidentally missed it when they first paged us

The girls at the counter were so nice, they seemed a little new but they worked extremely well together. They needed a little help from the manager who was also very nice and helpful. This is an amazing place to take my kiddos.

The staff yesterday was awesome and made my daughter’s birthday so special, Malia was the birthday host and I can’t remember the managers name on staff for the day 07/01/25 but she was absolutely amazing. I think they may have been a little short staffed but still handled their day extremely well. All the ladies were very helpful, organized and so sweet to the kids! Thank you so much guys!!

Pizza wasn't as great as I've had at other locations, it was cold. Games are same as everywhere, all good. I think the place could use a little extra cleaning. The granddaughter had a great time and she loved the cheesy bread. They definitely could have used more staff.

Clean establishment. Friendly and helpful staff. Service was fast. Food wasn't exciting. Trampolines were kind of expensive. $12 per kid per hour, wish they had a 30 minute rate

This was our fourth year celebrating my son’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Despite having a reservation, our party table wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The kids waited over 30 minutes before we received the game cards, and throughout the event, no staff member regularly checked in on us—we had to ask for everything from a cake cutter to plates and utensils, and each request took an unusually long time to fulfill.

To make matters worse, the staff seemed unaware of what was included in our package. We had to point out that the ticket blaster and Dippin’ Dots were part of the deal—items they initially weren’t going to provide. The overall attitude from the team was unprofessional and dismissive, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a fun, memorable celebration.

We spent nearly $500, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

Great customer service. Front receptionist girl is so enthusiastic about the establishment and knows all the history on that store.
Totally refreshing to have that spirit. ~thank you~

Nowhere near as cool as when we were kids. There are still arcade games and prizes, but no ball pit and no tunnels. There was a small trampoline but you have to pay extra and have a staff member unlock it. But the real deal breaker was that the birthday kid in our party was allowed to just walk out the door with parents that weren't hers. They were other parents in our group, and I don't know how the staff could keep track of who every kid belonged to, but we thought that was the point of the numbered hand stamp, to match kids with adults. That really freaked out the mom, who was cleaning up & gathering gifts and didn't realize her kid had walked out the door.
