If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was in tonight for a birthday party. Very dirty. The staff walked around with towels on their heads before/after cleaning tables. I'm not really sure why they bothered stamping our wrists. As we left, the staff ran out looking for children who left on their own. No one was watching the doors. Multiple people came in and out without question.

Had a birthday party! Wasn’t worth the time or money. Over $200 in just food. Pizza was cold, wings were cold , fries were cold. Staff unfriendly. Not helpful. I suggest if you want to have a decent party for your kids- then go somewhere else!
The guy who cooked our pizza had a hand towel on his head. Then came out to clean tables. Put his hand in trash cans almost up to his shoulders. Then proceeded to clean tables!! This is a great way to pass germs. I hope the health department will come in and do a full review. This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! No zero star option. They do not deserve a star at all. Chucky cheese is no long kid or family friendly!

Never been here, but 5 stars for the early 80s Pizza Time Theatre stained glass window! That is an amazing piece... very rare.

Absolutely awesome for kids - adults.

It was nice to go to someone else's party, but that is the only time I go. Pizza is alright, the games are alright, tickets collected faster than we assumed. Asked my friend how much she paid for it, it was 500 bucks. Haha, that is crazy.

Amazing friendly staff. When's above and beyond to make sure that all three birthday parties went off without a hitch. The actor for Chucky did an amazing job very friendly and interacting with all the children even ones that weren't the birthday star. Overall you could truly tell that the environment and staff care about the children and love their job

The play by minutes other than getting tokens. I think its definitely more fun for everyone

Paid $14 for the salad bar, but there wasn’t any lettuce, or shredded cheese, or bacon, or…

In a two hour period, the salad bar was never refreshed. People were wandering around with empty salad plates looking confused!

The worst $200 I ever spent: please don't come here. The food and games were the worst.

This place is a blast and very reasonably priced!! My first visit was as an adult and I enjoyed it as much, if not more than the kiddos!

I am a Chuck-E-Cheese past member. It is such a great value, 12 grandchildren that we rotate through Chuck-E-Cheese

Sorry, I hate writing bad reviews and I try to be patient. But you must be severely understaffed in management when we can stand nearly an hour at the register and get brushed off.

They combined my sons birthday with another little girl there she got an all the attention and they only sang happy birthday to her. To my son kinda got left out even tho I paid for the unlimited birthday package.
