This is a tough one... When you're out celebrating a birthday with a party of eight, and choose one of the areas best steakhouses, you go in with a few expectations; Great food, great wine, great service, and a great ambience . We were not disappointed until.... And the until is why the rating is not five stars..... keep in mind we are a party of eight at a long table celebrating (see photo) our server Sean was one of the absolute best!Back to the until....Midway through our dinner, the manager Tom walks by and tells us to "keep it down". Totally killed the vibe. Sean, our server, was shocked at Tom's comment, and did his best to assure us we were not that loud. My husband got up from the table a few minutes later to speak with Tom and asked him who complained, Tom's response was nobody. Nobody complained to him or any other employee in the restaurant. For whatever reason Tom felt the urge to shutdown a happy celebration on his own. The three star rating represented by The Great Food thanks to the chef, Great Wine thanks to the wine makers and Great Service thanks to Sean, but unfortunately the ambience was destroyed by one man... Thanks for ruining our moment Tom

Churchill’s is one of the best steakhouses in Spokane. The service is always friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is comfortable and stylish. It’s not cheap by any means, but absolutely worth the money.Kid-friendliness: This isn’t necessarily a “kids” restaurant, but every time I’ve gone I’ve seen someone with kids there. I wouldn’t take a toddler, but older kids should be fine.
Probably the best restaurant made steak I've ever had. ? Truly tender on both sides (porterhouse). Spendy but definitely worth it for a birthday or anniversary. Service was great (as it should be).

Excellent food and service. This place is fancy and is a great place to go if you are celebrating something or for a special occasion. My steak was excellent, as were the sides. Cougar Gold Mac-n-cheese was our favorite.Kid-friendliness: Definitely would not bring kids here.
