I love, and prefer, their fresh cinnamon rolls! The last few 4/6 pack rolls I purchased were disappointing. I'll request their freshest packaged rolls, and they hand me ones that are dry and have a hard outer layer. No one wants to 'struggle' when cutting into the rolls. There's no enjoyment with these aged Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. đ

They sell single cinnamon rolls as well as 4 and 6 packs. I asked for a pack of four and a pack of two (two individual ones would have been fine!). They told me they could only give me a 6 pack and two empty boxes to repack them myself. Made no sense! Poor customer service and zero ability to think for themselves.

I honestly wish I could do negative stars.
I purchased Cinnabon on Christmas Eve for my small family of 3. Went home and instantly (tried) ate a cold roll because who could resist! But, it was absolutely Hard as heck for a Cinnabon roll. A place I frequent because I work in the mall. Two of us each bit one and realized right away that the integrity of the Cinnabon was wrong. Then proceeded to warm the rest of one up ( like the exact instructions say) and it was still super hard and wouldnât cut through. I closed the box and kept them ALL besides 1 & 1/2 of a pack of 15. Messaged the manager Iâm assuming and kept my receipt. I asked if I could return the box that I kept and did NOT get to share with my family on Christmas. NO RESPONSE. they must not want to deal with this, especially sad that this was a Christmas thing. Iâll probably never go to Cinnabon again after this. Beware how they treat people and donât respond. This was my first year trying to treat my family for Christmas and itâs just sad they didnât care.
Iâm disappointed with my recent visit to this Cinnabon location. I observed an employee who was clearly sick, yet the management still had them working. It's concerning that the manager didnât allow the employee to go home, despite obvious signs of illness. This decision not only shows a lack of care for the staff but also raises serious health concerns for customers.

My advise, find another Cinnabon to patronage. Service was horrible, the Cinnabon was stale. The service area is not clean, workers don't wear gloves and their hair flops into the prep area.

Just overall terrible experience, the food tasted very off and when I asked for a replacement or a refund they laughed about it and told me know. I wish I could give 0 stars

Can't rate food, I asked to purchase a tiny dolip of whipped cream as a training reward for my therapy dog and was refused. "I have no way to ring that up for you." Pretty nasty customer service. Perhaps your employee is having a bad day, or he simply didn't like us.

Had to write a review because I brought my son here. The mini bon was $5 and I asked for a cup of water so my kiddo could have a few sips. No water served, you have to buy a bottle. OMG this is not a nightclub on the Las Vegas strip. Even there I consider it a rip off, but letâs not act like Cinnabon is Disneyland. Take care of your customers and they will return. Not me

The rolls were hard. Then when we took them back, she told us to put them in the oven and they would soften. When my husband asked for soft, fresh cinnamon rolls, he was told he would have to pay extra for them. When he asked for a refund, she told him, she couldn't do it. We got the money back. But won't be going back there.

They always have delicious food. The staff are friendly too. Just be careful!! If youâre walking in the mall, and are NOT planning to get a Cinnabon, youâd better avoid walking anywhere near there. The smell of cinnamon rolls baking is almost irresistible! Theyâre pricey, but sooooo good!?
Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegetarian, but I donât believe they have many vegan offerings.
Parking: Most of the parking is in a garage. Itâs easy to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: Seems like a great place to take kids. The rolls arenât âflashyâ but theyâre soooo good, sure too please the kids too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly. Counters even seem somewhat lower than average.
