Can't rate food, I asked to purchase a tiny dolip of whipped cream as a training reward for my therapy dog and was refused. "I have no way to ring that up for you." Pretty nasty customer service. Perhaps your employee is having a bad day, or he simply didn't like us.

Had to write a review because I brought my son here. The mini bon was $5 and I asked for a cup of water so my kiddo could have a few sips. No water served, you have to buy a bottle. OMG this is not a nightclub on the Las Vegas strip. Even there I consider it a rip off, but let’s not act like Cinnabon is Disneyland. Take care of your customers and they will return. Not me

The rolls were hard. Then when we took them back, she told us to put them in the oven and they would soften. When my husband asked for soft, fresh cinnamon rolls, he was told he would have to pay extra for them. When he asked for a refund, she told him, she couldn't do it. We got the money back. But won't be going back there.

They always have delicious food. The staff are friendly too. Just be careful!! If you’re walking in the mall, and are NOT planning to get a Cinnabon, you’d better avoid walking anywhere near there. The smell of cinnamon rolls baking is almost irresistible! They’re pricey, but sooooo good!?Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegetarian, but I don’t believe they have many vegan offerings.Parking: Most of the parking is in a garage. It’s easy to find parking.Kid-friendliness: Seems like a great place to take kids. The rolls aren’t “flashy” but they’re soooo good, sure too please the kids too.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly. Counters even seem somewhat lower than average.

The cinnamon rolls were excellent and the staff was friendly and courteous but an older lady got really upset with them. She said they had to make her fresh cinnamon rolls, a guy who has worked there since the 1980’s told her they only sell hot rolls individually, always been that way. She made the experience tense and embarrassing but somehow I lived.

They have the best Cinnamon Buns

Other cinnabons have standards they ahere to. Just got aerved up ice cold, dried up buns with the slightest of frosting scraped accross the top. The cashier was an order-barking nightmare that made me sad for the others working there. I can get cinnamon rolls anywhere - and I will not be getting them from here again.

3 stars because... charge for a paper bag?? Weird if you nickel and dime your customers, they will find somewhere else to shop.Counter gal was extremely friendly and should be working for a company that values their employees.

I give 4 stars because of their odd policy and attitude towards sharing their policy.... I was going there specifically to pick up a fairly large order, nearly $90 worth of product. When I went to pay, I handed the cashier a $100 bill. He immediately told me that they can't take $100 bills, kind of rudely about it, and it's not posted anywhere. Would've been nice to know that in advance - like when I called in asking about availability to pick up a large order - or even posted somewhere on the cashier kiosk.

If you have ever seen the Cinnabon moment in the Secret Life of Walter Mitty, this place has the same vibes.
