Went in to pick up a DoorDash. Completely ignored by not 1, not 2 but 3 employees. No smile, just acting like I was a problem. When I told one of the ladies I had a DoorDash she just told me it will be out soon but made a face like she didn’t not give a dam. Once handed the order, another lady just set it on the table and without saying a word. This usually never happens but from the moment I went in it felt like I was not welcomed or wanted in there. Like I was irrelevant. I have never eaten here and will NEVER even consider it.

I've been here three times already, and each time was a delightful and relaxing experience for someone who typically has a very stressful and packed life. The food is amazing; both the savory and sweet options do not disappoint. My first time here, I nearly cried eating the Reuben, and the kettle chips are also fantastic. Highly recommend. My good friend beside also piped in just now saying their cinnamon rolls deserve so much love and care. The service is both quick, efficient, and personable. My good friend says it's like eating in a family home. The atmosphere is calm but also lively; great place to study, chat, and relax. Please tip them generously.
