Went to get the Oreo Taco, thinking it was a similar size to the videos and pictures of it online, only for it to be 1/4 of the size. Not only that, it was nearly $8.

The ceiling fans are under the lights so there is a constant strobe effect inside. I don't go inside anymore. I tried a online pickup but they forgot some of my order even though I was charged for all of it. Think I will get my ice cream somewhere else from now on.

Stopped by recently and it was wild busy! The line was long and only a single person serving! However Abbi was efficient and made sure everyone was helped! She had a smile on her face the entire time and made the best of the situation! She made the experience! Make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!

It's not a bad thing just hope you guys know how much of a superstar he is and how lucky you are to have him. Always welcoming and never lets how busy it gets, get to him. Took my pregnant daughter in law in for a treat today. It said Wednesday BOGO Waffle cone. So we each got one. I chose just plain sorbet with no add on. She had a couple adds. It came out to almost $19!!!! What?! So without the special, 2 cones would have been almost $40?? And then I tried to pay with cash and the worker was super rude and said they do NOT take cash!! What?!?? That should be posted at the door! Yep, I think the Creamery, or even DQ would be MUCH better for next time!!! Won’t ever go again

This location a couple years ago was fine, but I do believe some additional training or supervision is required. Couldn't quite get my order right, and after completing my order I waited at the counter for 5 minutes to pay for some reason. The person who had prepared the order just walked off for some unknown reason to show up a little later. Onto the food side of things, if you're used to having oreo chunks in your ice cream or cookie dough, it doesn't happen here. The ice cream mostly relies on a flavor, not on bits mixed in. Overall I would have been happier just doing a Dairy Queen drive through, which is disappointing to me

The employee's were really backed up, so you would think they all would focus on taking care of the customers order. They were high-fiving one another, the would be doing tricks, talking to one another, it was like a circus. I believe they were not mature enough to be left unsupervised, so thats why they were so backed up.
I was not the only person in line upset, about the situation. I was amongst witb 4 other people, it was a 25 minute wait.
That's a situation that no one would want to be in, due to the waste of valuable time. It's the weekend I due understand it can get busy but as a employee you got to stay focused and stay on track Intel all customers are taken care of, its part of the job. I believe some improving can be made
