I just want to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing team at ColdStone for going above and beyond on Christmas Eve! I ordered a birthday cake, and not only did it come through perfectly, but a kind and wonderful gal delivered it with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience truly special, especially on such a busy holiday.
While many other places were closed, ColdStone ensured my order was handled seamlessly, and the cake was absolutely perfect. Thank you for making a difference and brightening my holiday with this incredible service!

I absolutely loved this place, the best part about it was the employees, I was helped by a nice gentlemen named Ethan, he was the kindest, more caring customer service worker I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I recommend this place to anyone who has the opportunity to stop by!

This location a couple years ago was fine, but I do believe some additional training or supervision is required. Couldn't quite get my order right, and after completing my order I waited at the counter for 5 minutes to pay for some reason. The person who had prepared the order just walked off for some unknown reason to show up a little later. Onto the food side of things, if you're used to having oreo chunks in your ice cream or cookie dough, it doesn't happen here. The ice cream mostly relies on a flavor, not on bits mixed in. Overall I would have been happier just doing a Dairy Queen drive through, which is disappointing to me

The employee's were really backed up, so you would think they all would focus on taking care of the customers order. They were high-fiving one another, the would be doing tricks, talking to one another, it was like a circus. I believe they were not mature enough to be left unsupervised, so thats why they were so backed up.
I was not the only person in line upset, about the situation. I was amongst witb 4 other people, it was a 25 minute wait.
That's a situation that no one would want to be in, due to the waste of valuable time. It's the weekend I due understand it can get busy but as a employee you got to stay focused and stay on track Intel all customers are taken care of, its part of the job. I believe some improving can be made
It was nice of the friend or possibly off duty employee who was there chatting with one of the employees to inform us that she wasn't in line. What would have been even nicer would have been if she had stopped talking so the employee could do her job instead of them continuing to talk while people were waiting.

10 dollars for a cup of ice cream is ridiculous. Then asking for 25% tip for scooping? Not again. Much better options around south hill.

The ice cream was good, but the girl served us. was rude, we came 30 minutes before they closed, just for a couple of ice creams, but she charged us $25. Usually, it costs less than $20, and we always get the same things.

So dissatisfied and disappointed! Went to use a bogo coupon for my husband’s birthday that we had gotten that day. They then told us that it wasn’t on our account and couldn’t do anything. Then we take the ice cream to go and when we go to eat it there a big piece of plastic in my husbands bowl, like down in the middle of the scoop. Very unhappy, won’t be back.

The workers here lack customer service. I was at the Newport Hwy location and there was only one person working and still had better customer service than the South hill location. I don’t eat a lot of ice cream and I don’t like refreshing ice cream so when I say I want a “like it” I except it to be a like and not a love it and then you try to charge me for a love it even though I specifically said “like it” I’m gonna say something it’s not my fault you can’t listen and I’m not a quiet talker so you can’t use that as an excuse. If you are unsure then ask the customer again ??♀️
