Coldstone has great customer service. The staff is very friendly and kind, the only complaint I have is the outside area is filthy.... sticky tables, filthy filthy concrete. Needs a good pressure wash at least once a week if not at least one a month.

I would give 10 stars if possible! I have been regularly going to the location on Newport Highway in north Spokane. The service I receive here is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I have gotten to know every employee and they are all fantastic! They are always upbeat, conversational, fun to chat with, and I am always greeted with a smile. The manager, Sammy, is just AMAZING! She is excellent with customers and her staff. Shalynn, Brook, Lanaia
, just to name a few are VERY special, and I just love chatting with them!! The ice cream is awesome as well. When I went to pick up my ice cream one day I had my dog, and didn’t to leave him in the hot car, so, not only did they let me bring him in briefly, but they also made him a “Pup Cup”. Soooo sweet!! I appreciated you all SOOO much!!

Ice cream is ok, cones are messy. Tables are dirty and not as cleaned. It's just ok, ice cream is good no matter what.

Dirty tables outside with dried ice cream in the cracks. The mixing board was dirty. The mint ice cream didn't have any mint flavor

Ive been coming to cold stone for almost 20 years.But this is the last trip there. Customer service was excellent as always. However their prices have skyrocketed. I just bought 2 like it( smallest size bowl of ice cream) and paid 16.50+tip. Mixins now are not free, they cost $1/each. The bowl itself was $7.27+tax. I could have bought 5 tubs of Umpqua Ice Cream for the same price. Sorry cold stone, you have priced yourself put of my price range

So very disappointed tonight! The workers were too busy talking with themselves instead of interacting with customers. I ordered two like it's. They were extremely different in size. When I questioned it...the work explained that infact they were the same size...that each person working measures differently. Then one girl came over with an attitude said so..whats the problem. I explained my thoughts. Give it to me...whst do you want me to add some to the top. She put some more iceream on top...but didnt mix it in. Toppings where all over the mix top. Not very clean! Laziness! I won't be back...they are expensive and not worth it!

Went in tonight and the kids working were way more focused on the drama happening amongst them than serving the long line of customers. It took longer for them to get through people. At one point one of the girls left the serving line to chat on the phone. Then a customer walks in talking loudly to the workers about how she “didn’t even care anymore”. Very unprofessional.

Came here with my sister in law and the girl working went out of her way to make my sister in law feel small. I am usually super gracious and understanding with employees in customer service because I work at Starbucks and I totally get that there are difficult customers that inconvenience your work, but our job is customer service and we get paid to make customers happy! My sister in law very kindly told the frowny blonde girl to that was working that she had a nut allergy and the blonde girl stared at her blankly for about 20 seconds before she rolled her eyes and asked if she needed to prepare it in the back. She then caused a scene and very dramatically stormed into the back to pre make the ice cream. When she finally came out from the back she very clearly slammed the cup down and stormed away.
Super disappointed by the lack of customer service skills and hope no one else has to feel as embarrassed and awkward as she made my SIL feel.

Alot of options with not a lot of help or explanation. You don't even know how much till the end. The ice cream is good but menu and options not understand when walking in at all. Girls too busy flirting with boys in there

I ordered a 12" by 18" cake for my grandsons birthday. I paid almost $80. As you can see by the photo below "reeses toppings" was 6 reeses peanut butter cups cut in half. I left a complaint on the Cold Stone website. The owner apologized and said that he wanted to send me a gift card with the amount of the cake on it. He then sent me a blank envelope and when I let him know that I never received the gift card he has failed to respond. It has been 2 weeks since I let him know that I did not receive the gift card (2/13/25). We order a cake from Cold Stone for every birthday. We will no longer be giving them our business.

I have been here quite a few times, and none so bad as tonight. We got in the door at 8:20 and saw there were two people working. However one of the girls was working and the other was just chatting with her friends while there was a line of 7 or 8 people. When more people came in, the chatty girl rolled her eyes upset at paying customers coming into her store. Felt very unprofessional and rude the entire time. I can understand wanting to go home from work, but you cannot disrespect customers in front of them.
