Alot of options with not a lot of help or explanation. You don't even know how much till the end. The ice cream is good but menu and options not understand when walking in at all. Girls too busy flirting with boys in there

I ordered a 12" by 18" cake for my grandsons birthday. I paid almost $80. As you can see by the photo below "reeses toppings" was 6 reeses peanut butter cups cut in half. I left a complaint on the Cold Stone website. The owner apologized and said that he wanted to send me a gift card with the amount of the cake on it. He then sent me a blank envelope and when I let him know that I never received the gift card he has failed to respond. It has been 2 weeks since I let him know that I did not receive the gift card (2/13/25). We order a cake from Cold Stone for every birthday. We will no longer be giving them our business.

I have been here quite a few times, and none so bad as tonight. We got in the door at 8:20 and saw there were two people working. However one of the girls was working and the other was just chatting with her friends while there was a line of 7 or 8 people. When more people came in, the chatty girl rolled her eyes upset at paying customers coming into her store. Felt very unprofessional and rude the entire time. I can understand wanting to go home from work, but you cannot disrespect customers in front of them.

You'll get better service in person rather than online. Watched the guy working, making my online order, and basically got ice cream with little to no toppings. When he started making my order, he was given a task he didn't want to do. I'm not sure if that is why my order turned out poor. It's not a great first impression

Rewards program doesn't work. Coldstone's website says that the store doesn't participate in rewards program but store still advertises the program. Never enough workers behind the counter. Prices have gotten pretty high and serving sizes vary on who makes it. Outside area needs cleaning by the owner. Definitely not wheelchair friendly either. If you have food allergies avoid Coldstone as its not cleaned up well enough for allergies either. Homeless people are by this location as well and not safe for customers or employees. Avoid this Coldstone.

Husband and I took our youngest daughter here to get ice cream. I ordered a young lady took my order then the young man took my husbands and daughters order. I asked for a mint chocolate chip shake and ended up getting a chocolate chocolate chip shake.. after husband and kids had there order the young man could tell I did not get what I ordered even though I was still fine with it and told him it’s ok I will still drink it. We went outside to enjoy our treats and he came outside and told me he would make it right and not to leave until he came out. I was hesitant but he was very sweet and kind about it. I enjoyed it this evening and remembered to come do a review. I wish I got his name. Thank you young man. Your parents should be proud. ?

Who makes your ice cream determines how much ice cream you actually get. Flavor is good but sometimes I feel like I don't get my money's worth. In the photo you see two of the same size ice cream cups but made by different people.

Ordered from here tonight with one of the worst orders I've gotten!!
I ordered the Berry Berry Good with add in strawberry's. Got no raspberries or blueberries, only huge chunks of strawberries! My boyfriend ordered the SIG Apple Pie with add-in of Carmel sauce, gram cracker crust topping, raspberries, and a waffle cone bowl. Mind you those 5 items ALL have additional charges. Didn't receive any of the add-ons I was charged for or the waffle cone bowl!!
Seriously?!?! I should have gone to Safeway and spent the $35 for ice cream and toppings there - at least I would have gotten what I paid for!!

Went in with family and got our order. When I went to pay I told the girl I will pay for the two older ladies behind us. When the ladies came up they charged them as well. And it was the same girl that rung up both. I went back and told the girl you need to refund those ladies. She called another gal over to help her. I went outside with the family. As the two ladies left I asked, did you get your money back. She said no. So either you hire people that don’t know how to use the register or you hired thieves. Won’t be back! DQ here we come.

Came in with a smile, left so profusely angry. Shaelin (taller girl with long brown hair) had absolutely appalling customer service! She openly rolled her eyes, was short with us, and just acting like a very unlikable teenage girl. Shaelin and her shorter blonde coworker were talking about us and their other coworker while we were paying. She was treating this new girl (shorter brown hair) terribly too! From the reviews, it looks like this isn't her first complaint. If Coldstone wants to have a mean girl paired with a sour attitude, serve little kids and other customers their icecreams then that's that, I guess.

In my own words I’m a bit sad and disappointed. My whole family got great ice cream so I’m happy for them but I got an Oreo shake, the guy making my shake seemed new didn’t know what he was doing and it was like milk not a proper shake so he re did it and it was the same occasion, I did not want to complain again because I genuinely felt bad for the guy and he was trying, kind of. There was a more experienced guy making a shake for another customer and made it really good and I watched as he filled the whip cream to the top on the other customer’s shake the newer guy only poured a little amount of whip cream and just gave it to me. For me paying for ice cream for my whole family with my gift card and me being the only one with a bad order, I almost wanted to cry as I was walking out. However I will say to go here because they did a great job for my family and the more experienced people know how to make shakes. I could make a better shake at home than the one I was given twice. Thanks for reading this and understanding my disappointment for this establishment, if I ever go again I hope this issue will be fixed.

If I could them zero stars I would. My friend and I were in there an hour before closing, didn’t get greeted. Told us to order when we were ready and when we were she could care less. The place not that clean and had to wait a little over 5 minutes before checking. As soon as the girl saw that my friend didn’t give her a tip for her ice cream(which wasn’t mixed that great) then she started becoming friendly. Do not recommend coming here. I won’t be back.

Great over priced ice cream!!BUT TERRIBLY RUDE little girls behind the counter and NEW owners/management are unprofessional/snotty and do not know how to train their crew or give solutions to a unhappy customer..very clear they’re NEW as well..

we just left, and the girl with short curly hair and glasses was actively talking badly about customers where we could hear them. when i asked her about why she was doing so when we could hear she just glared. when i had to ask for a spoon to eat my ice cream she threw it on the counter and walked away. the girl working with her with long dark hair was also talking poorly about customers. it was awkward, and unprofessional.
