Coldstone has great customer service. The staff is very friendly and kind, the only complaint I have is the outside area is filthy.... sticky tables, filthy filthy concrete. Needs a good pressure wash at least once a week if not at least one a month.

I would give 10 stars if possible! I have been regularly going to the location on Newport Highway in north Spokane. The service I receive here is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I have gotten to know every employee and they are all fantastic! They are always upbeat, conversational, fun to chat with, and I am always greeted with a smile. The manager, Sammy, is just AMAZING! She is excellent with customers and her staff. Shalynn, Brook, Lanaia…, just to name a few are VERY special, and...
