If I could give 0 stars I would. I heard how great the new Turkey sandwich was at Costco. Was that a major mistake. It had to be the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. The tomato aioli (or whatever it was, (nauseating), then a slab of Turkey, 1 piece of wilted lettuce and a mystery cheese. And a nasty thick layer of Mayo. We threw these nasty sandwiches away. Never again. Come on Costco, you can do way better than this.

Have always thought Costco is great; although, it can get extremely busy with very long lines. Can find good deals on food and not so good prices. Just be aware of prices per lb or oz at other stores. The clothing prices are always wonderful! My fave is the DKNY shorts for around $12 (around $80 anywhere else).

Bought a mattress from Costco.com that said it was plush. It was like sleeping on pavement, so I returned it. A courier picked it up from my home TWO WEEKS AGO and I still have NOT received my refund of $1143.00!!!! I have called Costco.com 5x and am told each time that I'll have the money in 2-3 business days. So, I finally called Costco on Sprague and they were unwilling to assist me. BUYER BEWARE. I feel scammed!!

Tortolini salad not up to par. Very weak on dressing and they put something pretty spicy in it. Not the usual good quality. Looked forward to it all winter and spring. Now I'm very dissatisfied with the salad. Will return it.Then also bought popcorn. Big bad of cheese corn and caramel corn. Mostly cheese corn. A few pieces of caramel corn. Cheese corn tasted not good. Won't buy again. Will stick to known brands.

I know Costco gets a bit crazy however I've always had a good experience with the staff. Today in the self check out and employee named Amy must of been having a bad day. My daughter and I were checking out and we herd "move"! I really just figured it was a customer customer conversation then swiftly I hear don't pick up the dog food, don't pick up the dog food! When I turned around, I was surprised, this employee was talking to me that way (I was not picking up the dog food in my cart as I had other items still on top) I turned to continue to scan my groceries and I hear "move out of the way"! Again Amy' s having a bad day. I ask her if she thought that was appropriate to talk to a customer that way? She replied she needs to scan a bar on the cash ramp. Amy! Even on the worst days in retail I still would never talk to a customer in that manner.

It was quite strange finding out that you can no longer walk around and look at what is available and then decide if its worth it to pay for the membership. "You must buy a membership to get an ID and then you will be allowed in. No you are not allowed to look and decide beforehand." It felt a little bit like WWII Nazi Germany, you must present your ID papers to the Gestapo upon request. You must present your ID upon entry, you must present your ID to any worker who asks, even while you are walking down the aisles shopping, you must present your ID to the checkout clerks, you must present your receipt to the workers standing at the exit. "Heil Costco!" The lines are longer than any other store I have ever seen and it's mostly due to how slow the service is. And they still refuse to supply plastic bags even before the ban on plastic bags existed. The clerks who do the membership sign up service, aggressively push for you to sign up for the more expensive membership levels. I still do not understand the differences between the membership levels. The so-called cash back check you get if you cancel your membership can only be spent at Costco and can only be used to get another membership, not for use on any items. The selection of items is very limited to whatever can be mass produced such as garbage bags only having two sizes available and the air filters only one size is available, sure there are multiple brands but all the same size, no other options. Everything must be bought in pairs or in massive packs. Hamburger buns are sold 20 to a pack when hamburger patties are sold 16 to a pack. Hot dogs are sold 8 to a pack and hotdog buns are sold 20 to a pack. Something is just not adding up here. Bottles of various sauces are smaller than what is found in regular stores but always sold in multipacks, saving very little money if any. Bottles of spice are under filled with a large amount of empty space that makes it equal to the small bottles of spices that are completely full and sold at smaller grocery stores. Or you have to buy massive quantities of food that spoils before you even finish half of what you bought. Meats are sold in massive quantities at prices that seem almost triple the price of what they are at smaller grocery stores.

Was checking out close to close and they had one cashier with 8-9 people in line. So I go to self checkout. I have mainly big items, I think I had 23 items. As we are finishing two workers comes over and tell us we should have went to a regular line because we have too many items. Mind you there IS NO SIGN saying x amount of items or less. My husband says maybe you should put a sign up. They stand there and watch us ring everything in. Then at the very end the machine says help is on the way. ANOTHER worker comes over and says she needs to make sure everything was rang in. I literally said they just watched us ring everything in- but she insisted on profiling us thinking we were stealing. My membership is about to expire in 2 weeks. Honestly after this experience I will probably cancel it. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have two daughters. Paid with my debit card so no idea why they decided to think we were stealing because we used self checkout when they had one person for 9 people trying to be checked out. I'd avoid this location.

Let's just say this my family & I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! Being a disabled African American business owner this place does not deserve anyone business. Now that they accept ebt or maybe it's the area that it's in is why they treat customers how they traye

Costco is a great, high quality place. Very clean and good deals. I love the food court, personally. The only thing I don't like about Costco is sometimes their produce (strawberries, fruits, veggies, etc.) get bad before their expiration date or very quickly. Otherwise, Costco is great!

Prices are GREAT..............but, NOT enough tables to sit down and enjoy your food. I don't like to eat standing up.

Love this location. All the employees are sweet. Everything is always clean and organized. The clothes are always folded. Through this pandemic they have enforced masks and have sanitizer placed everywhere. I think this is my favorite location in Spokane.

Costco gives pretty good food for inexpensive price. A huge pizza for $10 + tax. only frustration - it takes 20 minutes to cook (got gas & came back - suggest you do the same). 22 minutes till close, no one in line- they place 2, not 1, but 2 pepperoni pizzas up in case someone orders a slice. it wouldn't have been much of stretch for a thinking individual to help a brother out and toss that second pie my way and let me get out 10 minutes early. just saying ;-). Editors note: by the time i got my pizza, they hand only sold 1 piece from the first pizza.

Like the other Costco food courts, great & tasty offerings with Costco prices! Another great perk of a Costco membership. Drop in while you shop or just for the food. You won't be disappointed. Call in advance and order one or more of their delicious pizzas and pick'em up and take'em where you want to enjoy.
