Have used this coffee company for decades however after the way a female partial owner just treated my mom we will no longer purchase thier product. Very dissapointing an owner could be so rude to loyal customers
I first tried Cravens Coffee at some Seattle cafe, and the quality was outstanding—rich, bold, and among the best I’ve tasted, which justified my $133 online order. Their offer of free shipping on orders over $50 is a nice touch, making the purchase feel like a good deal initially. However, the customer service and shipping experience were deeply disappointing.
After nearly two weeks with no delivery update, I contacted their team. The response from someone named Adam was frustratingly dismissive, stating the package was “in USPS hands” and out of their control, with no further action offered beyond a 10% discount on a future order. For a $133 purchase, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. Even the smallest companies often use more reliable carriers than USPS, which is notorious for delays and inconsistencies. Cravens’ choice to rely on USPS and then wash their hands of responsibility reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The coffee itself is phenomenal, but their refusal to address shipping issues—hiding behind “it’s out of our hands”—makes me question future purchases. Unless they switch to a more reliable carrier and improve their customer service, I can’t recommend ordering directly despite the free shipping perk.
(5/5 for coffee quality, 0/5 for customer service and shipping)

This morning and a cravens van just changes lanes without signaling. Cuts me off on division at 3rd. Not really a good idea when your company name is plastered all over the side. Looks bad. Pay attention out there.

Purchased Espresso Blend at Yokes in Deer Park and ground the beans with their machine. I don't know how old the beans were and I am getting used to a new machine so there may be some extenuating circumstances to consider. So far, following the machines instructions, the coffee is only bold on the strongest setting but then it leaves a bitter after taste. I'll keep experimenting.
GREAT COFFEE😁I love Breakfast Blend auto drip
Just bought a bag of whole bean wild roast espresso which the barista assured me was great coffee. It's not. Unimpressed. Obviously roasting beans is a complicated process this roaster hasn't quite perfected.
Just tried Cravens at the Spokane Garden Expo. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted! Can’t wait to try it again! And the service was fantastic.

Craven’s Coffee is the Very Best!!!❤️❤️❤️
I attended the Spokane Public Radio record sale this past weekend. I had your coffee and wanted to share that it was outstanding! I'll be buying it in the future.
Earth and Sky is divine. Love from Spokane Valley
Cravens is hands down the best coffee roaster around. The owner is generous and thoughtful, employees are always helpful. Cravens only roasts high quality beans which makes for an awesome brewing experience whether at home or in a commercial setting.
