Purchased Espresso Blend at Yokes in Deer Park and ground the beans with their machine. I don't know how old the beans were and I am getting used to a new machine so there may be some extenuating circumstances to consider. So far, following the machines instructions, the coffee is only bold on the strongest setting but then it leaves a bitter after taste. I'll keep experimenting.
Cravens is hands down the best coffee roaster around. The owner is generous and thoughtful, employees are always helpful. Cravens only roasts high quality beans which makes for an awesome brewing experience whether at home or in a commercial setting.
Best possible place to buy coffee! Friendly staff and the small is awesome. Handed me my order and it was still warm as they ground it while I paid for it. Best transaction I have ever made!
