They used to make their food like In-N-Out Burger, but not any longer the meat patties not as beefy, they don't Grill the Buns, the fries are good but hafe my orders was tiny pieces of other orders. it's just not near as good as it was 3 years ago and the food has gotten less quality control.
Food and atmosphere were alright enough to return. Pretty reasonably priced burgers, and better than most fast food besides 5 Guys. The Dr. Pepper shake was actually pretty good. Tasted like if you made a Root Beer great with DP.
The guy at the register was unkept, uninformative, rude, and seemed like he didn't care about his job. I'd fire him immediately.

We have been once before and thought we'd give it another try. The person who took our order was great. He was very friendly! The food was ok, I mean, this respectfully, I don't understand the hype, the burger didn't set itself apart in any way I can describe. I know they have been around for a long time in Spokane, so maybe it's people's loyalty and not the food that's bringing them back.
