I am obsessed with the holiday shake because it's eggnog! This location has a very clean parking lot as well as inside.
The prices are very fair! For example I get a large eggnog holiday shake from this location and it's less than $9 with whip cream and it's always freshly made.
However, the Francis DQ charges a couple dollars more for the same size and shake despite the distance between the two stores are minutes apart. I refuse to go to the DQ on Francis because of the hike in price there and the longer wait times for your food, drinks and sweets. Not to mention this specific location also has an offer for 50% off all drinks between 3pm-5pm which can't be beat!
Save yourself the time and money and go to this location!

First of all there is “no waiting” in drive thru and 2 people sitting inside the store. Yet, they pull the one car ahead of me to slot 2 and me to slot 1:16 minutes later and a free fry vouched I’m delivered to my window the food but not all of it. The car next to me still waiting for their food! Food hot and good the service extremely slow and the building is dirty. Fair prices.

Came close to closing time on Halloween. My daughter had been promised ice cream after an especially trying doctor's appointment. The manager and staff were SUPER nice. Her fudge brownie sundae was amazing!

I had a situation where I waited 45 mins for my dinner, but the management took care of it by giving us our meals again for free and threw in some blizzard's and coupons for free ice cream cones🍦🍦. They did accommodate us and we're grateful for that, thanks dairy queen 👑

I ordered a turtle pecan blizzard. That was the only thing I ordered. It was a bit disappointing when I realized when I was about halfway home that it had no chocolate in it. It just was caramel and pecans. They were not busy. It was not peak hours at 4pm on a Monday. Just a bit disappointing when you’re spending almost $8 on an ice cream
