Disappointed to have my blizzard made incorrectly for the 4th or 5th time. I ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard. The blizzard only had 1 small piece of cheesecake bite in it, and 0 strawberries or even a hint of strawberry.

They never get our order wrong and everyone is polite and helpful.
Went there last.night. ordered for the whole family. My order was $70
Went to pay they said card declined. Whi h was odd as I have money. I gave them another card. It declined so i gave another and it declined so I told them this is your machines I have money.
We sat for almost 40 mins while all their machines were broken and they asked if we had cash we do not carry cash no.
They should have served us our food BEFORE IT GOT COLD and blizzards melted. And told all new customers they were only accepting cash. But instead asked us to pull forward while they figured it out while our food got cold. My husband was set on getting food so he walked to a nearby store got cash and paid
THEY SERVED US THE FOOD THAT HAD BEEN SITTTING OUT AND NO DISCOUNT just "sorry its happening to all our stores"
This was not our fault and to make us pull forward and wait.as 40 mins and to make us pay for our cold melted food is garbage.
This is why teenagers shouldnt be in charge. I really hope the general manaher sees this and trains their employees on how to better handle a situation and when its appropriate to comp customers.

Gave us old food. Dry, off tasting chicken and soggiest fries you'll ever have along with not very carbonated soda. Doesn't happen often but still sucks

I have never given a negative review before, but I am Super upset with Service tonight In the drive thru on the south hill. The burger we ordered was incorrect, we ordered four mini blizzards, none of which were marked and one of which was peanut butter cup instead of Heath. We have many times in the past received discounted mini blizzards as part of the kids meal, tonight we were told that’s not an option when this is something we just did a couple weeks ago. AND we did not get the kids meal bags with the coupon to get a free treat so our kids meals came with no treat whatsoever as we paid full price for our blizzards. South Hill Dairy Queen needs to do better. this was super disappointing.
