On October 30, 2024 23 women descended on the party room at Das Stein Haus to eat, play, enjoy each other’s company & celebrate all things Ethel? Stacey was excellent to help us get organized, answering our many pre-party questions! We were allowed to arrive early to decorate. They let us rearrange the room to allow for games. Kept water and beverages coming while we played and then, with the room rearranged again, took our food orders and delivered everything perfectly! Ann was amazing! I’m sorry I had to rush off to connect with a grandchild before I could express my gratitude. If you are planning a party, this is the place host it!!

An amazing little restaurant, their food is always incredibly well made. Better then any restaurant I've tried in Leavenworth. With low prices especially when everything is getting more expensive it's really Spokane's best kept treasure.

As always, they never fail to impress with their house-made brats. Authentic Germanic fare with exceptional service always. It is a yearly tradition to come to Das Stein Haus, and we enjoy it every time.

Excellent service, waitress lady said she’s been working there for 25 years and gave us the best order recommendations since it was our first time there. The food and the German beer left us full and happy.

Horrible service, I will never go there again. Place is dirty and I seriously doubt if you spent 3 days trying to clean everything, it would even be clean. Looks like 50 years of dust settled in every crack. Health inspector needs to pay them a visit.

"Caveat Emptor" Buyers beware, at least know what your eating. This is especially important when you have allergens and are not told what you're consuming as the server's are clueless and you cannot get a straight answer. Turns out that the Rouladen and Kroutwickle are pre-made reheated and sometimes recycled, just as a bunch of other items here are. Fresh and Homemade are not terms the server's should be using when selling food to the public.

Dietary restrictions: Use extreme caution.

Food is always so delicious if you like that tang. Close to what I ate in Germany when I was there. We love they have kids options and variety. I feel like the pretzel used to be bigger? I service is good but sometimes slow depends on who you get. Love the atmosphere and decor.

Loud and busy restraunt. Slow service and elderly waitress was passing full drinks over my young childs head that she could have dropped. Food is good for the most part. I got the stuffed cabbage rolls and cheesy brat dinner. The rolls tasted like they used canned red sauce and barely any meat. The cheesy brats barely had enough cheese to notice they were smoked gouda stuffed. Neither would fill you up, even with the sides, and if you ate both. The mashed potatoes were good, and the spaetzle was bland. Large beers with great dessert though.

Delicious authentic German food can be found here. Octoberfest included a special menu which was explained excellently by our waitress. I wanted to eat everything. I tried the Pork Cordon Bleu. cabbage rolls, and Jaeger Schnitzel and paired it all with a beautiful huckleberry lemon drop. EVERYTHING was SO DELICIOUS. I'm coming back soon.
