De Leon’s Taco & Bar #2 GU

Placed a to go order in person of nachos only. Watched a family of 4 walk in walk in 10 minutes after me, and all get their food before me. When I got my order, it was warm, and the chips were mushy, like it had been sitting on the counter. Very disappointed

Great food and ambiance. Decent prices which is a welcome change. We shared the huge appetizer platter. So tasty especially the jalapeno poppers with cheese inside. Only improvement would be to add more local beers on tap.

BEST Birria tacos EVER!!! SOOOO tender, moist and flavorful. My roomie got regular corn flour tacos and I got the Birria tacos. Melt in your mouth quality!!! I am a MOJITO FIEND and these mojitos were the BEST I've drunk in YEARS.

I eat here several times a month. I always get Sergios burrito with Verde pork and Verde sauce. The salsa is always the best here.

Parking: If the lot is full, there is space all around the block.

Holy guacamole.....the "holy taco" is epic. The micheladas (bloody marys with beer) are super tasty too.

I’ve ordered De Leona through food delivery and thought the food was okay but over priced for delivery so I thought why not support the business and go fine in right? NOPE THATS WHERE IT WENT WRONG. And I should have known that mediocre “Mexican food” meant the service would be abdominal and it was! Me and my roomate went into the restaurant yesterday June 26th between 8pm and 9 pm and immediately as we walked in were met with unwelcoming looks. My roommate who has a disability tried to communicate that he wanted to sit at the bar to have a drink and look at the me since we usually order from food delivery and the me yes and prices tend to differ. As we sat at the bar the staff comes up and says you can order to go but my boss (Collin) said we can serve you! I was initially dumbfounded because we were provided no reason nor did the manager come and talk to us and I would ask that you pull all you security fees and see that he was I. No way disrespectful or disruptive. My roomate was so embarrassed that he just wanted to leave and I think that’s what made me the most upset. Lack up communication and empathy from this place lead to my roomate feeling so bad he wanted to leave. And we did a place that treats you like a criminal for wanting to support thier business makes no sense. ATTENTION!!!! No vengan a este restaurante si son mexicanos ! Los van a tratar como criminales ! Ni fueron buenos para saludar al entrara pero bien rápidos a decir que uno no puede tomar sin darle razón . No vengan aquí , no vale la pena !

Have ordered more than 100 worth of food on 3 different occasions and don't get the items I ordered. Spend $100 today and they delivered my condiments. Call the store they say to call Uber. I call Uber and they only refund a portion of my payment. Jokes on me, third times a charm. Never again

It’s was just alright. Nothing spectacular but just alright. But for the cost I was expecting better quality. And the service took soooo long. And then they brought me the wrong order. Probably not going back.
