Danielle is my favorite one 🥰
Extremely poor service on more than one occasion. Arriving at the restaurant tonight there was a huge crowd blocking the entrance doors who had finished being served and were just talking blocking the entrance for incoming customers. It was very unprofessional for staff to allow customers who were finished with their meals to stand in the entrance way and block the way for new customers to get to the counter. When I finally got past the crowd to the cashier she saw us but continued to walk away and chat with her coworker even after noticing that me and my partner waited patiently for the group of people talking to move in order to even get to the counter. We stood not even a few feet from the cashier as she continued to chat with her coworker acting like we weren't there. Very unprofessional and rude, completely unacceptable to ignore customers right in front of your face. Don't recommend coming here unless you want to be ignored and treated like trash.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake to-go and I was charged $6.80 for the SMALLEST MILKSHAKE I’ve ever seen!!! This place is a rip off.

This Denny's is NOT OPEN 24 hrs. They only do TO GO ORDERS at night so their dining room is closed. The other Denny's in the Spokane region ARE OPEN 24 hrs for dining in. The one on Argonne is the best, this one, food is mediocre.
Terrible service. Won't be back. Ever.
Typical Denny's

I gave 3 stars only because the service was that good alone!
I haven’t been to a Denny’s in 12 years due to the quality of food. I thought we’d try again as it was in celebration of my daughter and mother in laws birthday’s. Although the service was excellent and the restaurant atmosphere is so cute, the food was absolute garbage. The gravy was horrible, eggs were disgusting and the strawberry French toast was right there as well. I only ate my toast which was unfortunate. I also had sausage which did not taste real.
They definitely should invest a bit more in the quality of their food.

Overall a satisfactory dining experience, food was fairly decent, service was pretty good, clean restaurant, typical dennys experience, kinda pricey with food comparable to that of a hospital.

I hate to complain --- I do a negative post maybe twice a decade. But this is my second in a month or two now, and the other one was sadly at Denny's, too (Moscow, ID).
I've been to this Dennys dozens of times, when in town. So I had to get some work done in the middle of the night on a visit. They said they were open 24 hours. But then I arrived a bit before 3am. They said (politely) that they were only open for takeout orders from 3am for an hour or maybe two. They have a cleaning crew that comes in at 3am so they don't seat anyone. They should have this clearly labeled in their hours; both google maps and Denny's home page list it as open 24 hours!! $#@%!##!!
OK, so I think, let me look to see what other restaurant is open at 3am. Google Maps shows one called Burger Den open 24 hours. Yay! They are very close to this Denny's. In fact, digging for a few seconds shows that they ARE this Denny's. This is very deceptive and utterly shameless.
It is clear that this Denny's franchise has SERIOUS management problems. I won't be coming here again, and advise this to everyone. (BTW, I know nobody at this business, and have no grudge against this place or its owners etc, for the record.)
So I went out to the one on Argonne, and they were very nice. Alicia in particular was very sweet and helped me set up my laptop, she even brought in an extension cord without being asked, because my cord was not long enough for the only place I could plug in (Christmas decorations took up a lot of plugs at one obvious location by a window.)
And the Moscow Denny's is usually quite good. Athena and Hannah in particular are always very nice and helpful.
And, to complete the circle, I"ve long liked Denny's. Not great, but adequate food and you know what to expect. They used to have one in my hometown of Pullman, but it closed 10-15 years ago. I was bummed.
Notorious for not answering their phone.
