We arrived to the restaurant at 8:40, took forever to get our orders in, 9:30 rolled around and we only got one plate from our order, we could clearly see every server and cook chatting and laughing while our food waited on the heating top.

December 22, 2025. I was just at this location to pick up an order as a delivery and I was never helped by the staff and there were other people waiting for orders after the other people left the staff started to talk crap about the people waiting there and when I confronted one of them how unprofessional it was she laughed in my face about it like it was a joke to her. I will no longer be frequenting this establishment or take orders from this establishment if that is their idea of customer service.

Staff is great. I believe our guy was Daniel. Whatever he gets paid isn't enough because I have seen worse servers at much higher end places. Super quick and super friendly. Boss give that guy a raise.

I arrived today just before 11am got my drink with in 10 mins ordered food after waiting an hour I was ready to leave. We watch 4 tables get seated and get food before we even saw a plate touch the table the ice in our water was melted.no offers of refills just a promise to make it right at the end. The end a full bill. So we left no tip!!!! Worst experience will not be back! 1 hour to cook 4 eggs 2 pancakes, 3 French toast and barely cook hashbrowns please manager need to talk with staff unacceptable!!!

We got dropped off on our uber at 11:02. We left the establishment after getting eggs cooked wrong and sent back. Burnt hash browns and left the establishment at 1:20 A.M.

Alex the new manager has absolutely no clue what he’s doing! No customer service whatsoever. The dishes are filthy not sure they even wash their dishes by the amount of food still on everything.

Immediately seen it ordered had a good meal it was fantastic service. We just came from IHOP's up the street where after standing at the counter for 10 minutes watching the waitresses do everything but see this and my wife on oxygen we left so I was very thankful for Denny's.

We ordered the chicken fried steak, which comes with 2 steaks, we only got one each. We brought it up to our server and she said she would give us a discount for our meal and then charged us full price anyway, guess I'm not a customer their anymore.
