They were serving loaded baked potato soup. All three of us thought that sounded perfect on a windy cold day. I have never seen a potato soup so thin & watery. Our waitress did an excellent job serving us. When the moms complained about the soup being so thin, our server graciously offered something else. Our server advised us she could not bring another bowl of potatoe soup as we got the last of it. I suspect they had to water it down to stretch it out. I took a video because it was so ridiculously thin it was kinda funny. Not sure if I can post but will if I'm able.

I gotta be honest. I’ve given this Denny’s several chances. I would suggest eating in and not getting take out. That way you can get a good look at your meal before you pay for it. I’ve had a couple orders that were simply inedible.

Every single time we order from this Dennys, our food is cold and/or soggy. Every single time we've had missing items and it's not worth 20$ a plate when you mess up the orders SO much! Lucky the atmosphere and people are okay or I'd give this a ZERO STAR if I could. Absolutely ridiculous and NOT ordering from there anymore. Bye bye 80$ orders to Dennys, we're spending our money somewhere else.

Would not ask for a steak at this location. Definitely would go to the division location in spokane. I asked for medium rare. I received a tough medium. So tough that my fork could not stab into it without major force.

I came in the other night to pick up a food delivery for a customer.

The lady working told me that I’m REQUIRED to sign the customers receipt for proof of pickup and I told her no ma’am, it’s all verified through my app and I’m not required to sign anything- that’s not even legal.

She tried to continue to lie to me and I told her straight up I’ve been doing this for 3 years and I’ve never had to sign a receipt at dennys and she told me if I refused to sign the customers receipts then she won’t release their food to me so I shouldn’t come back- I told her I won’t. No problem.

I contacted my partner company and informed them of the malpractice happening at this location and ensured everything was properly documented.

Sunday breakfast before church which my family attends next to the restaurant. Server made a mistake and didn't write down our order, I got served the wrong dish. When I brought it up they took the plate back and watched my family eat. They brought out the correct order with the old potatoes and eggs from the original plate. Manager was completely un to the fact that the plate would have to be made again and my family was already done eating, I told them that it was bullshit and left and I will never return to this store.

We haven’t been here in a while. It’s cleaner now. Our server, Lola, was very friendly efficient, and helpful. She didn’t bunch up all her customers in one area which made conversations at the table more enjoyable. We got exactly what we asked for, including no ice in the water. The Oldies music was nice. We’ll be back.

Our waitress ignored me half the time we were there. She paid attention to my partners and significant others but when it came to me she had to be reminded I was there as if I was invisible. And for $70 for 3 ppl to be treated that poorly transgender or not I deserve the same respect I gave her tho she didn't deserve the respect she got. Not sure we will be returning to this location.

I got the chicken fried steak. Which was great, just too small 😒. The misses ordered the moons over my hammy. Which was fantastic 😀. Service was amazing. She was super tentative but not overbearing. 🤩

When you call them it clearly says they are open every day including Christmas so we drove over 30+ mins to come have a Christmas meal with the family to find this bullshit... Will not be returning to this location for their dishonest behavior and wasting all of our time.

I placed an online order, she said that order sitting at the counter was for a “Karen.” I proceeded to wait half an hour, asked again, and turns out my order was the one on the counter, every time I come here it has to be the worse service and experience I’ve ever had.

Edit: tbh my food was cold and soggy when I got home so I definitely should’ve asked for it to be remade.

Service is very good. A couple of weeks ago I ordered the Dinner T-bone steak and it was wonderful the seasoning was great it was cooked as ordered. I would get it again in a heartbeat. This steak was BETTER than any I have every got at a steak house especially Black Angus.
