Absolute worst experience I’ve had getting food I check in to get my food then wait 30 plus mins i notice there’s food that’s been sitting there for over 30 mins by the time I go to the counter and I ask them about this and the guy gets an attitude instantly and goes it’s December then I literally get ganged up on everyone including the manager that my food is cold and there is nothing they can do this is un acceptable and absolutely poor customer service I will be leaving reviews any way I can until this is taken care of

I messed up placing on future online orders scheduled it for the next day and then to have it later that night called they were able to get everything processed the manager was super helpful 10 out of 10 recommend

Usually I don't go Karen but the service was awful. I placed a pick up order over the phone and the lady didn't add part of my order to her system. Which in and of itself isnt that bad but when I showed up they argued with me about it. Stating I never ordered it. I said I did and could they just add it, I told them it wasnt good customer service to argue whether a person ordered something or not and was met with more hostility. I get the downtown location probably has to deal with a lot of weird people but dont take your frustrations out on regular paying customers.

The pizza was made wrong. Told if I came back it would be replaced. The person on the phone made no note of it and the manager was unwilling to help later

Ordered online store pickup, arrived a few minutes early, food was brought up and I paid and took to my partner, upon opening the brownies the first time they were burnt on the edge but nearly raw in the middle, returned and they offered to remake and agreed to the redo...
Waited and when the new ones came out they were burnt all over (see photos below) went back in to return again, The supposed manager was immediately defensive saying you cooked them two different ways and was unwilling to hear anything. So my partner was quietly looking for the corporate email out of the way of the counter, per employee instructions, My partner looked up and suddenly the manager was there agitated and wary said here's your refund and told her to leave the restaurant, she had been polite, so this was completely out of line.
About five steps after she came out of Domino's a different manager came up to us kind of apologizing , but being weird and it soon turned into he makes them all the same, and insinuating it was our problem, it appears to be an issue with machinery and/or cook time or heat being wrong
He said something along the lines that he cooked at one way and then he cooked it another I think possibly alluding to the fact that it came out raw and it came out burnt... Honestly that's all irrelevant the food wasn't cooked right and that's all we were trying to get to the bottom of and they got rather defensive and weird and kicking a woman out who is quietly standing out of the way following staff direction and then stalking out after her right on her heals when she leaves. Kinda strange how they go on the attack when improperly cooked food is addressed in a civil way.
Very irritated at this point and it really ruined the meal and our date and too much of a rare evening just the two of us, as the kids are on vacation

This is a big health issue

I order 1 $9.99 pizza 🍕

And waited over 1h for it.

And I did not feel emotionally comfortable safe in there

If possible please try to do better for how you let in the doors and just inbody walk in the kitchen too

That is not keeping your staff safe

Also not allowing a customer not to use the bathroom that can be against the law and you could be folly sue for that

But this was with a simple 1h of wait and pointing out some problems to fix.

I love Domino’s! Consistently great pizza with a great amount of toppings too. I love when I bike by and can smell the scent of the zahhhh. The workers are working so hard and efficiently. I love these people.

Also $7 for a two topping? Can’t be beat yall. Can’t be beat.
