So I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I feel like it's important to share since experiences was so bad as a brand new customer. I showed up to pick up two pizzas and was held by the owner and I needed to say he was rude and impatient and made it seem like the people behind me were more important than I was. Bottom line after getting the food home it was absolutely awful it was like eating pizza crackers I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. They don't seem to care about quality and or customer service whatsoever!

This Dominos always has stellar customer service, great quality pizza, and they are so fast and timely! 10/10 in my opinion!

everytime i order from here it’s always wrong. now this time i ordered the new cheese stuffed crust and it came normal crust, and the missed my sprite plus didn’t have any ranch for the salad. like okay i understood the ranch but then it just kept getting worse. i probably won’t be coming back for awhile. it cost way too much money for these mistakes

Ordered large pizza 5:10 had to reorder at6:35 they delivered my original pizza to the wrong adress.
Pizza is delicious but would be better if they got the toppings right..... Mine was missing onions, and mushrooms and my girlfriend got diced tomato which was not on the order for that pizza.... This has happened multiple times where our order is messed up but we keep coming back because the deals are good and this is the closest Domino's. Luckily, we're also not that picky but I will say we're done with Dominos. Sorry guys.

So… long story short the store on Thor does not deliver to my location but still charged me for my pizza. The regal street dominos called me and told me I had to reorder my pizza through their location since the other store had messed up and done something wrong. I said I didn’t want to be charged twice. The guy on the other end was unknowledgeable and kept on telling me he understood “but…”. And then said it was not their fault that the mishap took place. I asked to speak to the manager. Basically the same “I’m helpless to help you.” Kind of nonsense. I was honestly upset at this point because they refused to give me my pizza I had already paid for, then blamed the Thor store and would not even make it right by offering an emergency pizza. I told the manager how hard can it be to get into his car and deliver my (late by now) pizza? This “manager” from the regal street dominoes hung up on me. It wasn’t until my mom called them that they sent me my pizza. My pizza was free, too. When the pizza got here it was delicious and the delivery person was polite. UPDATE: I decided to give them a second chance today and they were super fast and gave me the special with the garlic twists. I’m going to make this one my number one pizza delivery spot.
