Richard handled this very poorly. Two stars for the food cuz the pizza is usually good but it wasn't the pizza we ordered and this is not how I expected the situation to be handled after going here for years. Went back into the store after letting the family eat the pizza while i went back with a photo as proof asking if i could get the correct pizza. Was told by Richard the GM i needed the incorrectly made pizza as proof on hand. I had a photo of the pizza they made and my receipt next to it in the photo. Manager says that it could be any pizza in the photo. Sir, do you get a lot of families ordering pizza and then returning with photos of another pizza with a receipt as a time stamp from 30 minutes ago to scam you? Just give me the pizza i ordered. Who tells the family nope, no dinner cuz i have to go get another pizza and brings the pizza back…it was dinner time and they ate it while I went back for the correct pizza…in the rain! Like pepperoni instead of chicken…really?! I don't need you to like my order just getting the ingredients correct would be cool

I ordered a split pizza today.I asked for parmesan garlic sauce, half cheese with asiago cheese and mixed cheddar and mozzarella.The other half was supposed to be bacon and chicken, with parmesan garlic sauce.Also instead, I got a pizza with chicken, bacon, and sausage on half.The other half was cheese with sausage.I did not order cheese with sausage. I ordered a caesar salad which I received with no silverware to eat in a shop that I am building and working in.That doesn't have silverware no napkins.

The pizza was awful. Pan pizzas and both of them where completely raw dough throughout. The toppings were not evenly dispersed and were very few of them as well. Don't recommend, I'd go to another location like the one in Millwood as this has been a consistent issue at this location.

I have not ordered a pizza in months and was really looking forward to pizza tonight. It was horrible. Ordered sausage and it litterally had 5 small pieces of sausage on a medium pizza. Out of 8 pieces of pizza 2 pices had sausage 6 pieces NO SAUSAGE. When i walked in 2 workers were making pizza and another worker looked at me at the counter and ignored me and walked in the back. I had to ask the pizza maker for my pizza which was ready. He was nice and got my pizza, the other guy should be fired. So disappointed, threw 1/2 of it out . Felt like i was eating an onion pizza .
