App said food was ready for pickup. They said app is just an estimate and when it says ready doesn't actually mean it is ready. Kids are literally screaming while we are waiting for pizza that was supposed to be ready. Would avoid if possible.

Usually great service but the night crew on 04/17/25 made our food sloppy and was burnt when I came back for an exchange was disrespectful and had a bad attitude the whole time then tried to blame it on us for the way the food was carried out. I hope to have the good experience next time we used to get

Pizza is good. Desserts too. The only problem is I always ask for white sauce to be used on the pizza that I will be eating, unfortunately they have forgotten to use white sauce instead of red sauce a couple of times now.

Great food. But the place is a dump. Trash everywhere and the building is spraypainted. The free wifi attracts all of the wack-o's. And an open trash bin outside is an open buffet.

Sloppy, careless, and in a rush! My food looks terrible, my pizza crust is soggy and gross, my cheesy bread didn't have but a sprinkle of cheese on it. When I called and explained the condition of my cheesy bread(if you could even call it that) and that I would like another one I was told they only have 1 delivery driver... I should have opened the pizza while I was on the phone him because that one really takes the cake... Where's the chicken guys? 6 tiny pieces and 1 big one? Why so cheap! Why is the box soaked on the bottom and my crispy pan crust soggy? I would like a refund for the entire order please, I won't be ordering from this location again

I was very disappointed in my pizza tonight. I ordered a large 3 topping and the ingredients were scarce. Each piece only had one piece of chicken on it and very few mushrooms. The only good thing was the garlic sauce.
