I got a message that the order was ready. I arrived and they said wait a bit longer. I sat there for 20 minutes. I don't understand why it's so hard to just cancel the order then? I didn't want to wait half an hour. If time is important to you then don't order here.

My order was 25 minutes late and I sat there waiting in my car. I finally went in to be told they had to redo part of my order. The pizza was gross, way too overdone and burnt in places. Not going back any time soon.

Really disappointed. We have done carryout and delivery multiple times at this location and for whatever reason our app wasn’t working today and said delivery was unavailable so we called and the guy we were speaking to said sorry it’s outside our delivery range but I told him we had gotten deliveries a handful of times before with no issues and he wouldn’t do anything to help even though it’s only 10 minutes away from the store. Such a bummer… this location used to be awesome with friendly employees but now they have very poor customer service. The last time we did a carryout order we had to wait for over an hour for our two small pizzas to be ready. Just seems different, must have gotten new employees. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Delivery was supposed to be 28-38 min. 40 min later and app still says Prep. Called and they said it’s rush hour? Said it would be another 40 min. Cancelled order and called Pizza Pipeline.

They don’t need or want your business, y’all. My last few orders have been messed up or over an hour later than estimated. We watched the delivery driver come within 30 seconds of the house several times as the ETA just kept getting later and later. Called to ask for them to kindly give a refund and they offered free pizza in the future or to remake the pizza. Too many pizza places in town to support people who don’t value your business :)

Super confused how a 16-21 minute order turns into an hour plus. I would most definitely reccomend against this store.

I ordered a pizza to be picked up at 12 : 30 pm it was ready way early almost cold when I got it. I walk with a cane and the one man in there couldn't even open the door for me he just watched. I never got anything about my emergency pizza, after I ordered this one. They say order another one then I get my emergency pizza. Very disappointed in a place I've always liked
