Dude tonight shows up at my house. I have no explicit delivery instructions not to knock or anything like that. He calls me after a while I guess and says “HEY, I’ve been outside your door for SEVERAL minutes, do you want your pizza?!” And like it came across SO angry and SO upset and like, dude did not ring the doorbell, knock, try and call me prior to that. I’m a bartender I work in customer service and I get having a bad day or something, but dude came way out of pocket because he literally didn’t knock or try and contact me and it’s honestly enough to make me just uber eats McDonald’s from now on than deal with that kinda crazy attitude after a 14 hour day again. Gross behavior

This location is seriously the best Domino's location in Spokane. I won't order from anywhere else. I had to specially request my deliveries from this location even though I'm just outside of their delivery area. The manager is so awesome and wonderful to talk to. You seriously can't do better if you want Domino's Pizza!

Best dominoes in the area. Fast delivery courteous drivers very customer focused Ive ordered from a few different addresses and the drivers remember my name and face. I find that very helpful when you walk into the store and half the employees recognize you and have your order out quick. Feels like a local shop instead of a nationwide chain

I received an email from Venmo that offered $10 off if I spent $30+ at Dominos, so it seemed like a great time to order some takeaway. We browsed the menu and landed on a special deal for 1 specialty large and a 2 topping large, there were tons of other deals/coupons online which was really nice. I paid with Venmo and the checkout process was simple and straightforward. Our pizzas were ready within 15min so I drove over, parked in their lot, and went into the store. We were greeted by a very friendly worker who promptly asked for our order number/name and brought our order out to us.
The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious! This was my first time having Dominos and it was awesome. I love the fact the online website has tons of options and coupons, different ways to customize, pay for the order, as well as schedule pickups. We'll definitely order again in the future.
I ordered at 12:30 AM and the tracker said my pizza was on the way at 1:30 AM i never received my pizza so I call they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Lazy employees probably didn't even make the pizza. Glad I didn't get a job there. Sad I was going to tip too

Used to order from this place frequently a while back and decided to order again, the pizza and wings use to be well sauced and had ample toppings then, but it seems there was a decent staff change since and my wings were basically barely covered in any sauce to the point i couldnt really taste the Buffalo in the buffalo chicken wings and the pizza was just under sauced to the point it felt kinda dry and had the most miniscule of toppings on it. Look idk if they're going through shortages, staff issues, recipe stuff or whatever but that was just kinda sad. Food was okay, but not to the standard im used to from this location. Service was somewhat passable for a dominos, customer service in this field isnt pleasant I get it.

Ordered a pizza last night for delivery. Requested they leave it at my door. The guy came and knocked on the door and waited outside my house for close to 15 minutes calling and texting me. I obviously wasn’t going to answer the door with him just standing out there. I was alone and wanted contactless delivery because it was late at night. He ended up taking the pizza back to the store because I didn’t open the door. It was paid for and everything but he wanted to hand me it directly?I’ve worked customer service for 5+ years but I’ve never been so disappointed with service.
