Fast friendly service. I forgot to check off the car side delivery option so I called and they happily brought my food out so I didn't have to take my kids out. Food was fresh and delicious.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I ordered a large Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza with extra cheese and extra pineapple. When I picked up my order, it was immediately clear that there was no extra cheese—you could see large areas of bare crust—and certainly no extra pineapple.
I brought the pizza back personally, expecting a simple fix. Instead, the woman at the front counter argued with me, insisting the pizza already had extra cheese, even though it clearly did not. She also claimed my order didn’t include extra pineapple, pointing at her screen. When I pulled out my receipt, which clearly listed extra cheese and extra pineapple, she still continued to argue instead of acknowledging the mistake.
She finally took it to the manager, who returned and told me the “best he could do” was to put the pizza in the warmer and throw some extra pineapple on top. No apology, no remake, no accountability. Just a dismissive “that’s the best I can do.”
This is unacceptable customer service. When a customer pays for extra toppings, they should receive them—without having to argue or prove it. And when a mistake is made, the staff should fix it with professionalism, not defensiveness.
I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the quality control and the customer service issues.

I’ll start by saying the old management was way better and had way better delivery drivers and this is twice now the same guy who has delivered who seems like he could use a new position in the store and as a suggest the new hires definitely need training on customer service when delivering I went to tip 3/5 dollars and he kinda grabbed the 5 out of my hand and basically threw my receipt and didn’t ask if I wanted change

Favorite location since moving nearby in 2019. Jordan (Mgr) is and always has been stellar and has made us the absolute BEST pizzas we’ve ever had from Domino’s! Him and his crew are exemplary. This store sets the benchmark and repeatedly knocks it out of the park time and time again. Way to go Team Jordan and Crew!!

This Dominoes (HAMILTON) HANDS DOWN Is just way better then all the rest. For whatever reason they just make it BEST. And if your picking up the people who work there always seen glad that you came, you know appreciating their customers .. all the way around 5 star over and over again!
I don't like to order takeout pizza, but was in a pinch and thought I would give them a chance, worst experience, they messed up my order 3 times, finally asked for a refund.

I normally don't like Dominos at all it's usually too garlicy but my was i impressed with my order tactically tasted like pizza, it was some of the best pizza I had in a long time and it was super affordable. It's a rare to find good affordable pizza anymore this location is amazing and the place is super clean. I really appreciate the staff and the service at this location.

i mean seriously? 😅 you guys are my go to for pizza. first time having a truly bad experience but this is just seriously careless. this is how it was delivered. lukewarm and literally smashed up, or missing a whole slice? can’t even tell. one side not even cut into slices. even gave us the wrong sauce cups 🥲 manager said he could replace it as long as i gave him the old pizza back. thanks i guess. but come on how did y’all even manage this????? literally horrible
