Shrinkflation is killing what made Red Robin a decent place to eat. 15$ salad with a handful of lettuce. To top it off our server was not interested in ever coming by or getting the order right. My wife ended up eating salad without her dressing and we had to beg for more water. It's over 90 degrees outside and we've been driving all day. The water would have been nice.

This place has delicious burgers at such a great price. Came where with a party of 8, 4 kids (including one in a wheelchair), and they seated us promptly. The waitress was very kind and gave the kids fries immediately to make sure they weren't hungry (unlimited fries! Yum!). I had the Scropion burger, without cheese and substituted with an impossible patty, which you can do on ANY burger on their menu. This is our families go to place when we are in Spokane.

Ok, I've been going here for years. For sometime now they have continually gotten worse. Now I am done. The ketchup bottles are filled with som generic cheap replacement inside the bottle when they refill them. I always order the the teriyaki chicken. The size of the chicken inside the sandwich is 1/4 the size it used to be. The French fries are always Luke warm and the size of French fry is tiny compared to the days past. The food is a complete ripoff. They will never get another penny from me I AM DONE. they must think we are all fools.

I just think this is a pretty solid joint. I still believe in restaurants like this Red Robin... you'll have a pretty good sit down experience, the waiter will be chill, you'll get to enjoy all you eat fries (not a lot of places are allowing fun like that anymore) and your burger will be super tasty. All in all it won't be a cheap drive thru experience, but you're not regretting the Thai food special you just overpaid for either. Don't wast your time eating at the downtown location, I love Red Robin but think that location is too unreliable, the valley will take care of you every time!

Red Robin used to be one of my favorites. The quality of their food has gone downhill. There chili is from a warmed up pouch. Their chicken breasts are often dry and only warm when they come to the table. The atmosphere is nice though.

Always a good place to grab a bite! Gets pretty crowded for dinner but when we arrived around 4pm on a Friday, we were seated right away. Our waitress, Macy, was amazing! Our order arrived quickly and was delish! Definitely come a little earlier otherwise you'll be waiting. Overall we had a great time, enjoyed our meal and went on our way. As we were walking out the door, a Manager ran up to the hostess and yelled at her in an extreme unprofessional manner to the point where my fiancé had to defend the hostess and asked the manager to be nicer to her staff.
Terrible pizza and they know it. Avoid this place completely.

I came here with my parents and grandfather yesterday and it was just all around a great experience. We got a table right away and our server greeted us before running off to talk to another table. He came back and got our drink orders and answered questions from my grandpa about the menu. Our drinks were brought and then we ordered our food. The whole time Josh, who was our server was personable and attentive. He would have refills sent to our table without us having to ask or wait for anything. Our food was good and correct even with the modifications. What out the whole experience over the top was our server. He checked back with us he was on top of everything. He did such a great job. Big shout out to Josh for completely rocking it.

So if you leave your wallet and call the next morning because you're sure you left it there and they say no, then you go in and check and the teenager says it's not there after asking to talk to gm... then 2 days later you call again and boom guess what, it's there, in the safe. Yes I asked for them to check safe. My mother just spent 4 days canceling every card under the sun, ordered a new passport and a host of other things, and nowFor nothing. Oh, the food was also awful that day we went. I am beyond annoyed this all could have been avoided.Never again will we walk in your doors .
