My first time going to dutch bros and might be my last. The staff were super friendly and helpful but the coffee wasn't great. I ordered the Caramelizer and was very disappointed. All I tasted was strong coffee flavor which is great but I was expecting carmel and didn't taste any. I'm sure they would have gladly fixed them for us but we had already driven away when we tasted them and didn't want to turn around. I did look the drink up on your website menu and my drink looked nothing like what was online. I realize real life doesn't always look like advertisements do but the one online looked like a Caramelizer while mine looked and tasted like espresso with milk. No sweetness or caramel flavor at all. Maybe it was a fluke or an off day cause I've always heard good things about them. The staff were great tho. No complaints there. And just a suggestion... It would be easier to read your menu on the building if it was to the right of the window (from a passenger perspective), very hard to see from the passenger side of the vehicle.

Great service every time. And Fast! Don’t have a car so I walk up. If I’m sandwiched between large orders they always send someone out to take my order. It’s always ready within seconds of walking up to the window. Great customer service. Only been stopping by for a month so I’m still exploring their crazy menus. The app is fantastic and fun. Offers order ahead at this location. Idk. Been bored with coffee lately so I’m exploring their sweet drinks. Next time I go I’ll start exploring and experimenting with their coffee based drinks.
If you have a sweet tooth. This is obviously a go to (you can customize literally everything but I’ve found unmodified drinks to be candy like so far. Not bad for me personally but some drinks I might ask to tone it down next time lol)
Expect a huge drink menu that’s extremely customizable. Very tiny snack menu tho. The smallest I’ve seen. Basically cake pops or muffin tops. Meh.
Idk. It’s growing on me. Starbucks has its standard menu and you know what to expect at any time of the year. This place tho? Seems like I’ll never get tired of trying something wild!

Girl that stands outside taking order decided to have a 15 min chat with a lady in her car while holding up the whole line to the point other workers were having to bring there drink to there cars and because I was paying with cash I had to wait to pay tell there conversation was done unacceptable

My wife and I swung by about ten minutes ago, and we were ignored by the girls at the window and they burnt the shots for my birthday drink. I am now taking my business to Wakeup Call going forward. Absolutely disappointed.

The coffee is never as good as the smaller franchise coffee, always very bitter or way to much syrup it's pretty 😝 gross. Maybe the location or just rushed but too expensive for low quality drinks.
