Super disappointed with the customer service tonight. I get being closed, sorry I missed you by a couple minutes. But to look beyond your window like we were the absolute worst humans possible to think you might still be open with the music blaring and wave us off for dismissal without even bothering to open the window or say sorry, we're closed. What is usually such a happy and welcoming place definitely wasn't tonight. Sorry to be such a bother.

Not the first time thw service has been a little frustrating. One employee on a Saturday evening and she cant line manage. Took 2 people from the other window that pulled in before me and u ran out of time and had to leave. Id have understood if it was busy, but when i got there there was only one car bwfore me. Continued to ignore me and i chose to be on time back to work. Waisted 15 min in an empty window for nothing. Ill just get my coffee some place with its priorities in order.
