I ordered two shots on ice with a little cream. Instead of putting it in a cold cup they put it in a small hot cup. It then leaked all over my car, my coat, my clothing, on the cup rest, on the driver's seat, and on my kitchen floor. And it wasn't a small leak, I have no idea what happened but it was like there was a hole in the cup. So now my clothes and car are stained with coffee and we will see if I got it out of the seat or if I get to smell spoiled milk forever. I didn't even get to taste it.

Our coffees didn't taste very good, I wanted mine to be extra sweet, it was very bitter. My wife's coffee had dairy in it, she asked for oatmilk. My sister's coffee had grounds in it and had no flavor.

My husband and I got 2 latés on our way through town, one was supposed to have half and half. If mine did have half and half it was so watered down as to be indiscernable, my husband's laté was likewise watered down.The service was great but the product was not.
