The customer service was AMAZING!!! They were friendly, timely, and remained a very professional manner. The line was not too long, and the wait not a bother. Caitlin P made sure to explain the impropriety of those before me.
I really appreciate that the staff came out to take my order. When I attempted to order on the app while I waited in line it didn't let me customize it. They were able to make the drink to my regards.
The Chai Latte, blended, tasted fine, but I noticed it was watered down. To make my favorite I recommend holding the water.
The outside seating is appreciated.

P.S. By selecting Dine in I mean at the outside picnic tables. There is no indoor access to the public.

Parking: Small but like structure that has drive through windows on both sides, due west and east. There was a walk up window due North, but both are no longer in service. There is no parking as there is no room to enter the establishment. They do not offer valet or handicapped parking either. No garage or the like.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is capable, but watch for vehicles and be safe.

They are so easy to work with, I’m kinda picky when it comes to my drinks. But they always deliver. 4 stars because they are always busy and the wait is a little bit longer compared to to Starbucks. But I still prefer Dutch bros

I went to this location around 8pm on 9/13/24. I pulled up to the window and had to greet the barista myself. She was making a drink for the other barista when i pulled up. She was extremely rude, didn't say a word but took my order, didn't even enter into the pad. I continued to watch her make my drinks to notice it wasn't correct so I mentioned something to her. Proceeds to tell me she'll give it to the car behind me. It's taking a long time to remake my two drinks as she continues to make several other drinks. Finally goes to ring us up and I go to ask what took so long. I go to tell her this is the worst customer I've received from a Dutch bros. She gets the other barista from the other side to speak with me. Her name was Jude, something like that.

Usually it's great, but recently they added different staff and there's this one new girl who seems so clueless but at the same time is so rude. She has short blonde hair. No hello, no good bye and acts like she's ignoring you when your giving your order. If I ever go there for my late night drinks I litterly dread seeing her and hope shes not gonna be taking my order. She's done it already on 2 different occasion and I didn't say anything the first time cause she seemed new and i dont mind it when your starting out and confused. But the 2nd time she acted like she didnt hear what i said and just kept doing what she was doing. I didnt wanna say it again in case she really didnt hear me. Low and behold 2min later she looks up to put my order into the tablet. She is so off putting and is really great at ruining ur night. The other girl made our drinks for us and the blonde girl handed them to me. I said thank you and before i can say have a goodnight she shut the window in my face without saying a word. The staff here get very ignorant.

I went through the drive thru tonight, I waited a few minutes before anyone came and helped. Didn’t say anything at all just opened the window, I was waiting for her to say anything and then she goes “ are you gonna order something” in a rude and unnecessary tone. I then ask a question and she takes FOREVER to respond and she talked to quick to even understand what she said. She finally takes my order but doesn’t say anything or ask any questions just says the total walks away and then hands me my drink without saying anything, I then ask for a straw and she still doesn’t say a word. Also typically they will repeat your order and confirm any modifications like sugar free or alternative milks. She did not, unfortunately im not diabetic or allergic to anything. I am also a barista and have worked in customer service for 4 years, I am also 20 years old so I’m not a Karen either. I understand having a bad day , BUT this was the rudest person I have EVER encountered let alone a Dutch bros barista!!!!!

Disappointed in this place. We waited in our car for 15 minutes while the other line moved. Server was nice, but chatty (which is annoying when you and other people have been waiting for a long time).
