I’m not sure what the baristas name was. They had curly, light brown hair, a v colorful jacket, colorful acrylics (almond I believe), and said things like “diva down.” I am genuinely having one of the hardest weeks of my life, and it’s tearing me to shreds. This person’s caring, cheerful attitude made today feel worth living. & I can’t thank them enough. So if they see this, know that you contributed to another positive day in my life. They had no clue I was struggling, and still interacted with their best foot forward.

I love that they are open 24 hours and they have such a great attitude at 1:00 in the morning! The only reason I can't give them a five-star review is because they don't carry heavy cream anymore and that is my preferred adulteration method of coffee.

Dutch Bros is the place to go! I'm a caffeine junky and they always make my drinks perfect. I've hunted stands down all over the country, driving miles out of my way. They're worth it! The stands in Spokane are my favorite, Kevin Parker is a great leader that inspires his crew.

I freaking love this place . I'm a huge Dutch fan and I get the blended large white mocha . And I can get a 24 hours a day . I usually stop in here at about 12:00 a.m. on my way to work so that way I can get me a Dutch . Every time I show up here the service is great the prices of right and I just love this place .

Fast, cheap and amazing coffee! I love the cold brew! This location is very fast, if you wait it's for less than 5 minutes. They have an app that gets you points and each free app user gets a free medium drink when you sign up, no purchase necessary to redeem! The staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue is the one-way roads surrounding this location but worth it nonetheless.

I made the mistake of not ordering ahead with a pretty large order. Not only did the team not make me feel bad about it, they crushed it. The manager, Kevin gave me a way to make all of our lives easier next time. That is what incredible customer service is all about. Huge shout out to the leader for leading by example, celebrating his team and making sure they were recognized.

Every time I go to this location specifically, my order isn’t even remotely what I asked for, the workers make me feel unwelcome, and when asked what’s in their drinks such as if something is caffeinated or not, they don’t even know. Just go to a local coffee shop yall.
