I paid over $16 for 2 coffees. One was good the other was missing some ingredients. They were the same drink and tasted 100 percent different!

Been here several times, nothing stands out about it and the Nevada and Francis location is simply better. Service could use work. They instinctively ask for tips, which is obnoxious behavior no matter where you are. It's coffee, you have to go well out of your way to earn gratuity, it should not be seen a standard. On top of that, the last time I was there I was riding in the back of someone else's car. Service was so slow that I decided to hit an old vape pen and blow it down beneath the seats specifically to be less rude to the window. Lo and behold, the second they saw a wisp go by, not in their window at all mind you one of the women working there finally appeared to rudely snap at us not to smoke in the line. Something nobody was doing in the first place. From her tone and reaction I think she had expected to repremand the driver. Which is a shame because they were the one who is a loyal, tipping regular.

I love dutch bros, I always get the golden eagle with whip and Carmel drizzle
Ordered a large iced Americano with hazelnut and cinnamon. Had to throw it away. There must have been a teaspoon on the bottom and the top was covered! Ugh. Didn't try to drink until I got home. Waste of money.
