I’ve shopped at Eggars for many years. Coming from Omaha Nebraska where Omaha Steaks and Kansas City meat and chicken are renowned I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve purchased from Eggars, which is saying a lot!! Great local butcher and terrific family!
The manager should really look into how your employees talk to/treat customers specifically the female employee working there. Other than that, the products are good and the rest of the staff are good people. I'm a regular customer and I would hate for anyone else to be treated badly by an employee who seems to have some issue with a customer or just doesn't know how to interact appropriately with customers.
Great quality meats and excellent service! Picked up my first ever fresh ham, I had a lot of questions about cooking and seasoning. They answered all of them and even printed the answers on labels they put on the packaging so I wouldn't forget.
The ham was slightly too large for my traeger so I brought it back in and they cut it to my specifications and repackaged it so my in laws would never know.
These guys will set you up for success for any occasion, highly recommend!
What a fantastic market .We bought fresh PETRALE SOUL and frozen AHI TUNI STEKS. Both were DELICIOUS and fairly priced .This will be a regular stop for us.
Excellent quality and helpful staff.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!👍🏻❤️👍🏻
Everything here is fresh and high quality. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable local family-owned business. Been going here for over 30 years.
Anything you want including Wild game
Best meat in town!!
My favorite.. there coulette steaks
I called today to see if they carried British banger breakfast sausages. The guy was rude and tried to explain to me an Englishman how I was wrong to ask for them and in England it's a general term for sausage. When asked what he did carry, he proceeded to lecture me on my country's sausages. First and last time I tried to give them my business.

My second time in after getting a super fresh tomahawk cut. Those beef back ribs though are super thick and juicy. What a clean shop and very friendly staff. I don't know why you folks aren't lined up down the street to get in to Egger's Better Meats? LET'S GO! ?
Should adjust hours on Google for day before holiday hours so people don’t inconveniently drive entirely out of their way.
The meat selection is great. Whenever we do barbecue, just hit those guys and get the perfect cut NY strips and stuff. They also have great local produce.
They've got good meat. It's pricey but worth it when you have the seasonings and sides
This afternoon, my husband and I visited Eggers. Regrettably, I’ve had a series of unpleasant experiences with a specific employee, a woman named Renee, if I recall correctly. It appears she harbors animosity towards military families. When we inquired about the military discount, which we had previously received, she replied with a smile, “No.” Despite my fondness for Eggers and the warmth of other employees, encountering one unfavorable encounter can deter one from returning.
