Ouch. "Best nachos in town."Nope.They came burnt, without an offering of salsa or pepper sauce. Way too much sour cream flopped on the very top of the crusty pile. After 5 or more minutes, I was offered a fork to "help eat those." I also asked for salsa and quac which all came much too late.I ate two bites and I asked for my check.I was done. This is the second time I've been totally disappointed.First time, shame on them, ...I'm a single white male of age and I am clearly reminded of that fact as the staff (waitresses) pay me no mind as they do everyone else.Check came, a token ask for a box, no care in the world nothing had been eaten. No apology. No ask if everything was okay.I left a 20+% tip (cash) and I will never go back.Note: food is good, but at night it becomes a girl bar. Quite loud. Service is focused on bffs and not much else.

The wait staff was very rude. I have never experienced the type of service my husband and I experienced here. I was excited to try this new spot as Mexican food remind me of home, but it was ultimately ruined by two waitresses. who being very rude, condescending, and unwelcoming. It felt like yet another stuck up colonizers making money off Latina cultura y comida. Never again.

Cool vibe decent food Awful service!! Less than 20 people with 2 bartenders took 15 min to get a drink and even be acknowledged after walking past us 3 times. Then another 10 min just to get 2 very simple drinks. (Diet Coke and captain and coke) My water (which I had to get myself from their self serve area) was accidentally knocked over the waitress did not come check and see if we needed assistance I had to walk over to tell her hands she says “oh that’s what that was,here and hands ME the CUSTOMER a rag to clean it up off the table and then stands in front of me while I wipe the water off of the floor waiting to pass. She never offered assistance or any help someone could have slipped on the water and no cares were given by staff. And then allowed the dirty rag to be left on the counter since no one bothered to care where I put it. Disgusting. Unacceptable as a server or employee of any work place of business I’ve worked in hospitality and have many friends that do and there’s not excuse for such piss poor service.won’t be back. There are better spots with better food and service

Great food and drinks. However, the bartender asked me and my date to leave after we paid the bill because there was a line waiting to be seated? I think that's very unprofessional and rude. I have never been asked to leave a place because of that. I was still drinking my margarita. Not sure if I will be back.

If I could give no stars, I would, I was trying to make an order to go had to call four times, when they finally picked up the woman on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate, and hung up halfway between me putting my order in. Very unprofessional, and not giving you my business ever again.

We went up to Spokane to see the Tool concert and stopped into this amazing place for tacos and tequila before the show. The tequila selection was HUGE, the tacos were absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. They were hustling because it was so busy but still made the experience really fun.
