Horrible customer service. The people that work here are very rude and arrogant. Waited for 20 minutes just for them to give me the wrong drink and they refused to fix it. Tried this place 3 times order was wrong every time. I suggest not wasting your money here. Plus lots of druggies hanging out in the driveway smoking drugs scary.

This place has the best customer service of any coffee shop in Spokane hands down! You'll never find a better bagel sandwich anywhere else either! I can't thank them enough for always making my day start out sweet... I recommend this place to everyone. Don't forget the bagel.

Love this place, excellent customer service. Are they pretty busy usually yah! Do you have a bit of a wait sometimes yah, but definitely worth the wait everytime!!! Definitely stop by here if you can!

If you are considering ordering from Shots of Evergreen you will be not be disappointed!! I got a London Fog Lavender and Vanilla Tea and it was amazing! It was pleasantly sweet and floral. Paired it with their Cherry Danish while my SO got a hearty breakfast burrito and Sticky Bun Coffee! We will definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu!
